Can Nepal Survive by the Traitors After 2006?

Supporters of Nepal's former prince Paras Shah shout slogans in Katmandu, Nepal, Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010. The protesters were demanding that authorities immediately free Paras Shah, the only son of deposed King Gyanendra. Shah was detained for questioning after he fired a gun into the air after an argument Saturday night with two guests at a restaurant in Chitwan, about 100 miles (160 kilometers) south of Katmandu. -AP

(December 23, Kathmandu, Sri Lanka Guardian) The nation will not survive under the rule, established after 2005, of the rulers directed by foreigners. The Kauravs (Mahabharat's warriors) had expropriated everything saying, 'We will not allow ‘Pandavas’ space to accommodate a needle.' In this way, the Great War (Mahabharat) fought between ‘Kauravs’ and ‘Pandavas’ had started. In the ensuing war of ‘Mahabharata’ the greedy Duryodhan (like late Girija Prasad of NC) including the Kauravs under his command faced annihilation. Pandavas emerged victorious for they did not leave the path of truthfulness. The current felonious rulers of Nepal are unscrupulously creating misery in the lives of the people like that of Kauravs by violating the constitution and laws. Foreigners are using these same brokers to debilitate Nepal’s strength to stand still on its leg.

Since the time of history the joint effort of the patriotic monarch and people has been thwarting such treacherous conspiracy. After the people’s uprising in 2006 the intriguers and strangers have jointly initiated a task to bait Nepal in a gamble, so that this nation would never be able to stand firm. This nation has always fought against the imperialists. The foreigners knew that they could not dig a root without firstly removing the royal institution and Hindu kingdom. So after the people’s uprising these crooked elements instigated fear in all sectors of people and against the mandate of the people established republic and secularism.

Particularly the Indians are active here to make Nepal a failed state and then capture it. The resources were aligned together. Traitors as former PM and leader of NC, late Girija and another culprit, leader of UML, Madhav Nepal were pushed forward and Maoist included for a joint agitation. India had officially declared Maoists as terrorists. However, the internal goal of India that it trained the Maoists with a conspiracy to attack Nepal through this Maoists. In such a way, India played a dual role. Today, the eyes of the Nepalese Maoist have opened regards to Indian design. Now it is against Indian intervention, which for India is a matter of headache. ‘A dumb person falls once, a shrewd somersaults four times,’ this is what it means.

However, Indians have not stopped threatening Nepal. The policy maker of the Indian intelligence wing, the wolf-like, S.D Muni came to Nepal proposing Indian broker Krishna Sitaula to the post of General Secretary of Nepali Congress. Sushil Koirala appointed Sitaula as Muni had directed. This shows from where NC's Sushil Koirala and Ram Chandra Poudel were being manipulated. In similar manner Maoist leaders Prachanda and Dr. Baburam Bhattarai were also warned that those who oppose India cannot remain in power for too long. We can understand in this sense that the Maoists decision to take the nationalist line and oppose Indian intervention is only their showing teeth.

In this context veteran advocate and Nepali Congress active leader Devendra Nepali says- 'In Nepal the foreign forces are working with all their forces to fulfill their interest. The arrangement of Republic is not for the interest of the nation, it is nation-killing arrangement. Republic, secularism and federalism are illegal, unconstitutional and piled without any prior consent of the people. This is extremist and a destructive thinking'-Annapurna Post, 26 October 2010. Prominent journalist Yubaraj Ghimire says- 'The Maoists including others were not unaware that India would expedite its unilateral role in absence of the royal institution following the signing of the 12-point pact, which had been carried out on the behest of the mediation of India. The change brought on with the joint effort of Girija Koirala, Baburam Bhattarai and Madhav Nepal has fallen into the ditch of corruption and subordination. The Nepal policy of the Indian government has emerged as a complete failure. Under the Maoists initiative the royal institution was ended and the Indian role of a guide accepted.(Annapurna Post 8 and 15 October 2010).

Political analyst Anarsingh Karki says- 'The works carried out by the Constituent Assembly and parliament that extends its term on its own accordance cannot be legitimate and worthwhile. Current political parties and their leadership are running an anti-people rule.' (Annapurna Post 24 October 2010). Nepali Congress active supporter and veteran advocate Shrihari Aryal says- 'When the interim constitution was being formulated the nation was transformed into a secular state overnight against people’s aspirations. The Hindu religion was attacked in the opportunity when the nation was lawless,' (Annapurna Post 10 October 2010). Another veteran journalist Pushparaj Pradhan wrote- 'Everybody knows that India had provided shelter for the Maoist leaders for more than eight years of the decade long people’s war. They were not only provided with weapons than assisted in regards pecuniary needs (People’s Review 28 October 2010). Chairman of Sashakta Nepal, Padhmini Pradhananga writes,-'the people had handed two years mandate but the term is being extended and allowance being enjoyed. If the political parties leaders have even a bit of morality left then they should return the allowance taken after the term had been extended.' (Annapurna Post 21 November, 2010).

Former Maoist Bharat Dahal has to say in this context- 'The 12-point pact of 2005 is the latest most dangerous strategy. It has been mistreating Nepal, in accordance to Nehru doctrine which refuses to accept independence of the country, from the very beginning. The Madhesi factions were created after the end of the royal institution. The formulas developed for unity and communication among the Nepalese society are being dismissed. The attack of Hindi language over Nepalese language under the pretext of oath taking ceremony is an example. It attempts to break Nepalese into communal groups and destroy their one line of communication. In the name of Tarai some few Madhesi are being brought to the front with the support of Indians with fake Nepalese citizenship to provoke a civil war. There have been attempts at seeking the recruitment of these very Indians with fake citizenship into the Nepal Army in order to capture it. The border is being encroached and there are installations of military posts. All these processes indicate to a military blockade,” (Antarrastriya Manch, September 2010).

This is not only my opinion but all of Nepal’s intellectual community is dismayed about these who ruled after 2006. The excerpts presented above are extracted from the articles of seven veteran individuals. We can infer from these that Nepal’s existence is in peril. In 2005 Nepali Congress’ Girija Prasad Koirala, UML’s Madhav Nepal and Maoist’s Dr. Baburam Bhattarai had tried to convert Nepal into India’s protective state, in New Delhi. The so-called three big party leaders might be suffering from Ignorance, prejudice, mistakes, selfishness, intellectual paralysis, lack of sensitivity, carelessness, cognitive disorder and anti-Hinduism sentiment

Seeing India’s nude intervention, the activities of ‘RAW’, CIA and the foreign agents of the traitor parties, we cannot see that stability is possible in Nepal. Meanwhile, China, not unaware of the dangerous games being played by India and U.S., is preparing to move against imperialist and expansionist forces. In such a situation, Nepal could be made a base point and plunged into a dangerous conflict. In similar circumstances Yugoslavia’s existence wiped out. Like the people of Afghanistan Nepalese could meet similar fate, becoming refugee in their own nation. India is looking to capture while American intelligence- CIA is trying to disintegrate China through Free Tibet movement. China on its side has taken precaution for its security. China knows that imperialist forces could use Nepal, under the pretext of republic and secularism, as base to destroy China.

So China’s first interest is to protect Nepal. Had there not been the royal institution and China this holy land Nepal’s existence would have ended long before. China was aware of Nepal’s stability. King Mahendra had visited China as the first head of state to do so in 1962. When Girija Prasad Koirala visited China in 1991 as Prime Minister he did not think it was necessary to talk of the previous visit by King Mahendra. It is a direct attack on history. When House Speaker Daman Dhungana visited China in 1993 he took the initiative of posting King Mahendra’s photo in Great Hall of the People, and reminded of the visit. during his visit of UML Prime Minister Manamohan Adhikari had sung in the Great Hall of the People- ‘Our Nepal on the laps of the highest mountains in the world, Our King is big and Our nation is vast’ (Biswa Ma Aglo Himala, Kakha Ma Hamro Nepala, Hamrai Raja Thula Chhan, Hamrai Desha Bishala) In this way China has taught the leaders of Nepal.

Yes, its objective may as well be to chase away the imperialist and expansionists forever by turning Nepal, where the royal institution has been prorogued, and India into a people’s republic. China will not back away from making any sort of sacrifices. As a result, to say truthfully, Nepal’s republic and secularism could be the causes that would trigger the third world war. What will be the consequences cannot be foretold. The priests of independence and democracy of Nepal do not want to see republic established. Henceforth, the continuation of the royal institution could be the solution for Nepal’s stability and China’s security.

Those patriotic Nepalese who support China’s Nepal policy may not continue to remain in support of China. The stumpy diplomats of India are only adding fuel to the fire in such a plight of Nepal. India is intervening following the nonsense-Bihari Shyam Saran- former ambassador of Nepal, due to which, Chinese activity has increased. India’s astute conspirator Shyam Saran says- 'China should not be allowed to play in Nepal. China which makes more profit with less investment is trying to influence the neighboring nation.' (The Economist Times 12 Nov 2010). Gandhar’s King Sakuni had fueled Kauravs to instigate the ‘Mahabharata’ war. Pandavas (Producers) were supported by Lord Krishna. Now India is forwarding Duryodhan (destructor) like destructive intriguers.

The relation between Maoist and India is plummeting. The Maoist which India had nurtured is now turning against it. There are accusations that Nepal’s Maoists and terrorist group Lakshar-E-Taiba members are training Indian Maoist in explosives. It may be that like Iraq was attacked under the pretext of Weapons of Mass Destruction, Nepal would be attacked militarily under the above mentioned pretext. But it will be a suicidal game for India. China will make move to secure the People’s Republic when Nepal is without a royal institution. China will make movements against Indian and American activities in Nepal. Then, the world powers will divide into two poles. The third world war will be fought between the socialist (communists) and imperialist (capitalists) nations.

Maoist party talks of foreign intervention but the incidents and circumstances are showing that the foreign intervention has crossed its limits due to Maoist in Nepal. Nepal has been brought to such a perilous situation. Former deputy chief minister of Sikkim P.T Loksam has this to say about the pain of losing a nation, 'Nepal is an independent and sovereign nation. If this nation exists so will the identities of the millions of Nepalese living in India. We have democracy but we do not have pride, we don’t have our nation Sikkim. We are like a raped woman, our sanctity has been lost. May Nepal live on, May Nepal and Nepalese always receive the King’s shelter.'

Although Nepalese all around the world have hope on Nepal, the country is nearing such a situation similar to that of Sikkim when it was swallowed by India. Nepal misfortune is increasing like this. But, it is not easy for India. This was disclosed after the expiry of Sikkim, BP Koirala- the founder of NC, had predicted that Nepal would cease existing without monarchy. Any intervening foreigner will be chased away by patriotic Nepali. We Nationalists (Pandav) will fight against the foreign's interceptors (Kaurav) against injustice. We Nepalese have a sincere concept that a river of blood need not be flowed in Nepal. We Nepalese should unite with the monarch against conspirators, traitors and foreign intervention to save Nepal from a war like that of Kauravs and Pandavas as in ‘Mahabharata’. It is our duty as Nepalese to save our nation.
