(August 23, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) In the Provincial Council Election Postal Vote counting for Ratnapura district is over. Out of the total of 6547 postal votes in the district, United People's Freedom Alliance received 4213 Votes and leading followed by United National Party 1810 Votes and Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna received 290 Votes.
