(October 22, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) One of the non-cabinet Minister for National Integration Vinayagamoorthy Muralitharan alias Col Karuna’s profile published in the Wikipedia free encyclopaedia has been removed by the web providers in view of the controversial comments in the publication.
Following message appears in the Wikipedia after the removal of the profile published for a brief period.
According sources close to Col Karuna, he has approached Professor Rajiva Wijesinghe Secretary to the Ministry of Disaster Management and Human Rights to submit an appeal to the Wikipedia on his behalf. -Sri Lanka Guardian
