Shall not appear in cases under new CJ – S.L. Gunasekera
( January 16, 2013 , Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) I will not appear in cases under the newly appointed Chief Justice Mohan Peiris says senior lawyer S.L. Gunasekera.
He has said anyone who has a conscience regarding the manner former Chief Justice Dr. Shirani Banadaranayake was treated and harassed would never accept the post of chief justice.
