( February 18, 2013, Chennai, Sri Lanka Guardian) By way of reply and in response to the condemnation note issued by Mr.Subramaniya Swamy dated 9th Feb, 2013, I would like to state at the out set that Mr.Swamy should understand that the Sri Lankan President the perpetrator of Genocide has not come over India on a religious pilgrimage and in reality a meeting has been arranged with the Chief of RAW at Thirupathi and the said meeting has continued for over half an hour and it is certain that a specific message is being conveyed to him. The Sri Lankan President continues to deceive the International community. He would speak of implementation of 13th Amendment, then 13thAmendment plus, many more and beyond 13th Amendment and then no 13th Amendment. Some Minister would speak of abrogation of 13th Amendment and Mahinda Rajapakshe himself would speak that there would not be any 13th Amendment. Thus with the passing of Divineguma bill the defunct 13th Amendment is dead and India is beating the dead snake and it is pathetic that India must cut a sorry figure and feel humiliated for having stood by him in annihilating the Tamil people. Here, Mr.Subramaniya Swamy would say at the Defence Seminar held in Sri Lanka that “ By this victory, India was a major beneficiary. Therefore it is a misfortune on the part of the Tamils that a greater conspiracy should work against them so as to cleanse them from the face of earth.
Mr.Subramnaiya Swamy is precluded from feigning ignorance of and he should admit unequivocally and in categorical terms of certain realities. On the orders and at behest of Big Brothers the President of Sri Lanka and the Defence Secretary Gotha paya Rajapakshe more than 2 lakhs of their uterine brothers and sisters have had been condemned to death and they had been enticed or led by their nose to concentrate over a strip land which was then bombarded with heavy artilleries, carpeted the area with chemical bombs, incendiary bombs and cluster bombs so to vaporize them in entirety; they were kept in concentration camps unasked, much against their Will and volition, starved them, denied them medical aid as a result of which thousands more were dead; continuance in keeping them in concentration camps Hitlar style secured the flow of foreign funds into the coffers of the Big Brothers; demining process was laying golden eggs; hundreds of young women were ravished and hundreds of women are being put to ravishment by the occupying military; thousands of youngsters were hounded, hunted down in the days that followed the war; a few thousand were being white vaned and vaporised subsequently; people in hundreds are being continued to be vaporised; numerous political prisoners were got ridden of already and there is a proposal to kill the political prisoners who have been lodged in Wellikade prison two weeks ago and other political prisoners who are languishing in secret confinements ; killed more than 36 journalist thus for and destroyed their offices and machineries and several others were maimed for life and the latest journalist who has fallen pray for the brutality of the Big Brothers is Mr. Faraz Shauketaly, who writes for The Sunday Leader, who has been shot in the neck on Friday and one among the dead was Mr.Lasantha the editor of The Sunday Leader; recently the paper agents of Thinakaran News paper and Uthayan News paper have been attacked severely and their vehicles and news papers were set ablaze so as to prevent them from selling the news paper and prevent the news papers reaching the people; several journalists have fled the country; web sites which post news and articles which tend to be unpalatable to Government have been barred from operating from Sri Lanka; the Press Law has now been made more draconian and the newspapers must indicate the source of information; thousands of Hindu Temples have been destroyed and the deities installed there were decapitated; the idols of Hindu Gods are being replaced with the statue of Buddha; the statues of Mahatma Gandhi and the other political leaders have been pulled down and they were beheaded; Sacrilege has been done to Christian places of worship which in fact have come under attack by chauvinist Buddha Sena who are patronized by the Big Brothers and latest belligerent and brutal attack has been the destruction of the statue of Mary which has been made at a cost of Rs.6 lakhs; the places of worship of Muslim brethren are being destroyed with impunity and what is shocking is to know that ceramic tiles embedded with words of Koran have been found to be laid on the floor of latrine in a Government Hospital; the highest in the hierarchy of Judiciary has been driven away in an ignominious way; the schools are being militarised and children are taught by Military men and no function in the house of Tamil should take place without the presence of military people. We may go on citing one instance after another to indicate the tyrannous rule of Big Brothers. The president of Sri Lanka has said recently and quite mischievously that Buddhist places of worship are being occupied by Tamils so as to whip up and stoke the religious sentiments of Sinhalese brethren and survival of the Big Brothers in politics depend upon keeping the people ruffled of racial and religious sentiments ever and anew and this time it is the Muslim brethren who are going to fall a prey to and perhaps they may experience once again what happened in 1915 . Having destroyed the Hindu Temples, after trampling under foot their deities what the president of Sri Lanka has got to do with Govindan and Ramapiran who would certainly not forgive him in any way and the curse of the dead will fall on his progeny. What moral right has he to visit the land of peace loving people and seek the grace and bounty of their Gods. A people whose religious sentiments have been wounded and their Gods beheaded have every right to show their opposition and protest over his visit. Here I must say that Mr.Subramaniya Swamy has already been rejected by the Tamils and people know pretty well that he is acting in collusion with Sri Lankan President and in connivance with the annihilation and in the ethnic cleansing and if an allegation is raised to the effect that all the Tamil leaders and the party workers are under the pay of ISI, Pakistan he must place proof and evidence substantiating allegation before the People and if he fails to do so then such an allegation should be unfounded, baseless and it is fiction and one lurking in his imagination. He said in his speech delivered under the caption, ‘No proposal for reconciliation can be pushed for acceptance in Sri Lanka from abroad’ in the Sri Lankan Defence Seminar held on the 10th August 2012 that “The LTTE in fact had wanted that polarization, and Tamil leadership fell into the quicksand created by it. They were egged on across the Palk strait by selfish leaders in Tamil Nadu, many were being financed by the LTTE. Tamil people know of him pretty well hobnobbing with the president of Sri Lanka and why he is acting hand in glove with him. Then, it was LTTE that financed the Tamil Leaders and now it is the ISI, Pakistan which is financing the Tamil Leaders and tomorrow it might be CIA which would finance the Tamil Leaders and Subramaniya Sway has banded with people who say that the Tamil leaders are clowns.
Absolutely there is no doubt that he is not one of theirs. One thing that he must keep in mind is it is the ethnicity, the blood relationship the language that binds the Tamils in North and East or anywhere in Sri Lanka with Tamils world over and the Tamils in North , East or any part of Sri Lanka are the receptacle of their language, culture. Money has no significance here and it is reciprocation of feeling heart to heart and sharing in their trials and tribulations their sufferings and everything cannot be purchased with money. Therefore he should avert speaking ill of or derogatory of Tamil Leaders. Legal fraternity will not ever forgive him and his image will remain ever long in their memory and they will be observing the coming Tuesday 19th Feb 2013 as black day and he was the causer of that tragic event. People are watching and they know who the stooges are and of whom and who is doing pawning service to whom.
Mr.Subramaniya Swamy has no moral right to speak of the Assassination of Rajiv Gandhi. Perhaps he was the first to say point blank that it was LTTE that had assassinated Rajiv Gandhi and investigation was led to measure on the line of that proposition of his. We hope that he would have heard what his close associate and friend Mr.Veluchsamy who is a Congress man has said about him. Every body is saying that Rajiv Gandhi Assassination was a job done by insiders.
Mr. Subramaniya swamy cannot be oblivious of certain facts of the History of Freedom struggle. Tamil women and men were the ones who stood by Mahatma Gandhi in his struggles against tyrannous rule in South Africa and they were the first to sow the seeds of struggle for independence.
The Tamils take strong objection for the following statement, “The Dravidian Movement was set up by British Imperialists to oppose India’s Independence movement led by Mahatma Gandhi. Since then all parties have been anti-Hindu and have been uttering blasphemous abuses against Lord Rama.” Such a statement is a measure perpetrated to counter the protest and it is a deliberate and calculated act to make a divide among the people. It is an effort on his part to incite , inflame and ruffle the religious sentiments and to sow the seeds of hatred on the grounds of religion. No body speaks ill or derogatory or abuse of Rama and therefore Mr.Subramaniya swamy has to be prosecuted for sowing the seeds of hatred and for creating ill feeling among the people. The Six faceted Subramaniya Swamy who is the ancient titular deity of Tamils and the protector of Tamils certainly will protect them!
Mr.Subramaniya swamy has become the mouth piece of Mahinda Raja Pakshe and he is just repeating the statement of Mahinda Rajapakshe that “The Centre should also send a Directive under Article 256 of the Constitution to the Tamil Nadu to provide adequate police protection to Sri Lanka assets in the State.” The question that people pose to Mr.Subramaniya Swamy is what has become of the assets of the 2 lakhs people killed in the war? What has become of the assets of the people who have been kept in concentration camps for nearly three years? Who robbed the assets of the people who fled their homesteads when on being bombarded? Mr.Subramaniya Swamy should answer the question as to who are cultivating thousands of acres of their lands which were forcibly taken from them? Is it not the military which cultivates the lands of theirs? Have they not been dispossessed of their residential places where the Army is building permanent structures and when the Tamil Members of Parliament question the propriety of such an act on the part Big Brothers then they cause black oil and human excreta be thrown on people who protest and military openly intimidates them. They have been driven away to jungle under the garb of having been resettled and their traditional lands are being given to their Singhalese Brethren.
Therefore by this reply be it known to Mr.Subramaniya Swamy that he is to come forward to make known to the Tamils of the existence of documents or evidence in his possession and custody which would stand proof or purport to prove the allegation that Tamil Leaders are being funded by ISI, Pakistan so as to protest against Mahinda Rajapakshe and failure to do so will entail launching of necessary legal action against him.
