( March 30, 2018, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) Subsequently, his “successful presentation” at the National Security Council, little known but so-called highly influential man mostly living in the United States of America, known as Mohamad Milan, is playing a mediating role to buy National Defense Coastal and Border Protection System, a radar system, produced by Polaris, a US-based private entity for security solutions, reliable sources told the Sri Lanka Guardian.

But nobody knows the needfulness of such sophisticated system, and many are wondering if the country needs why through a private businessman.
Milan who is later managed to create a dealing-wheeling friendship with the senior security officials in the Country and offered incumbent Navy Commander and his team to visit the USA recently.

'He has kindly accepted and visited with his team,' sourses said.
