All vehicles on the road were to blow their horns, flash their lights and stop wherever they are for five minutes from sharp 12.00 noon in protest against the Govt.’s ruthless and atrocious hikes in the fuel prices which are having a ripple effect on all goods and food items driving the people to untold despair.
Despite all odds and obstructions from the Govt. side, according to reports, the campaign was a tremendous success.
