Mahinda secretly meets bunker editor in Rome

“Since the meeting with the President, K T Rajasingam has made some approaches with the LTTE sidelines in Germany and Paris. One source had bluntly told him to undertake a visit to the LTTE controlled Vanni to orchestrate another breakaway. The clandestine editor had apparently screamed at the LTTE sideline saying ‘Oh no! Oh no! They will kill me if I undertake a visit to Vanni’. K T Rajasingam had taken exception with person and had told him not give advice and make effort to help him find a LTTE man.”
