Fonseka wants 2nd Court Martial findings quashed
(October 14, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) Former Army Commander Sarath Fonseka filed a Writ Application in the Court of Appeal on Wednesday asking for a Writ of Certiorari quashing the entirety of the proceedings of the Second Court Martial that found him guilty of violating tender procedure while in the army.
