(June 20, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) The Indian Foreign Secretary Shiv Shanker Menon, National Security Advisor M.K.Narayan and Defence Secretary Sri Vijaya Singh arrived on an unscheduled visit to Colombo this morning.
The purpose of the visit was not immediately known but the Indian High Commission in Colombo is expected to give details of the visit this evening.
