Save Tamils in Sri Lanka: Deputy Premier in Malaysian Parliament



(January 14, Kalalampur , Sri Lanka Guardian)Penang Province Deputy Premier, Pathuvan constituency member of Parliament, Professor P. Ramasamy has urged Malaysian government to immediately convene a special meeting to pass a resolution to save the Sri Lankan Tamils.

He said that Malaysian government enacted special resolution the save the Palestine from the Israel attacks.

“Our government also should take same steps for Tamils as they are facing similar situation in Sri Lanka”, he added.

P. Ramasamy said over 320,000 Tamil people are in dire need of assistance in the northern (Vanni) areas of Sri Lanka due to the bloody and brutal military operations against its own Tamil citizens.
