(June 23, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) A Police Sub Inspector shot dead his wife and two others over a family dispute in the Boralesgamuwa area last night, police said.
The officer shot himself and injured his leg. He has been admitted to the Kalubowila hospital.The other persons killed were his mother in law and father in law.
The police officer was attached to the inteligence unit of the Western Province (north) division.
