(April 08, Kandy, Sri Lanka Guardian) Polling agents of the UNP and the DNA were prevented from carrying out their duties in at least 10 polling booths in the Nawalapitiya electorate, an election monitoring group said.
They said that some of them had been intimidated and chased away while they were on their way to the booth.
