( September 13, 2018, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) Director (Operations) of Anti-Corruption Force, Namal Kumara, who revealed details of an alleged plot to assassinate President Sirisena and Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has announced that he will contest the parliamentary polls from the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna, headed by former President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
Namal Kumara will be contesting from Digamadulla District.
Speaking to local media, he made this decision following a request by the public he said.
