Dear Hon. Prime minister S. Harper,

Let me explain.

Ever since I was eligible for voting, I voted for Conservatives. From very young age I knew that Liberals didn’t have “integrity” that you (or the conservatives) have. I have to admit that for a short while I dabble with NDP politics. A very short time…. Then I found the real nature of NDP politics.


This is how you could be the prime minister of our great country Canada for next twenty years of more if you like.

De-proscribe LTTE!!

You know the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Elam from Sri Lanka who got about 250,000 ethnic Tamil voters under their control here in Canada especially in Metro Toronto, Montreal, and other urban centers. This is the thing to remember. During all the past elections they were the swing vote that brought Liberals to power. As you can understand if you want to be the prime minister with a majority government you have to get these Tamils to vote for you.

If you paid any attention to what happened in Toronto and the parliament hill for last while I can’t see whether you have any other choice than to “de-proscribe” them. I know your government is the one which proscribed them. Remember how the Liberals didn’t proscribe them for the longest time while every body (especially our friends south of the boarder) did it. UN did it. Most of the European did it but not the Liberals. Simple reason was the Tamil swing votes. Remember also how Mr. Martin (the finance minister in John Cretchien Government) took part in a function organized by supporters of LTTE against the advice of the Canadian security establishment. Of course he defended what he did saying that it was only a cultural gathering. Any way the whole point I am trying to make is that they (the Liberals) knew what they wanted and they used it to stay in power.

So, this is what we (you) are going to do. Not only de-proscribe them give them the World Tamil Movement offices back!!

Let me explain….

We all know that LTTE is a terrorist organization just like the ones from any other part of the world. They killed off truck loads of innocent civilians in Sri Lanka including most of the moderate Tamil politicians, ethnically cleanse the whole northern part of Sri Lanka by chasing away Muslims and Sinhalese, used child solders. Did human smuggling, drug trafficking, Credit card rackets.

More than any thing else they Killed Rajiv Ghandi then prime minister of India. Then they killed the president of Sri Lanka Ranasinghe Premadasa. I don’t think that no other terror group can have an impressive resume like these guys. BTW they tried to kill the former Sri Lankan president Ms. Kumaranathunga too. Fortunately for her she lost only one eye. Any way do you know how Tigers did it?

Suicide bombing of course!!!

LTTE are an extremely intelligent terror group. Personally if I were in the selective committee of Nobel Price I would give them the Nobel price for innovativeness in killing unarmed people.

Not only they were the inventors of suicide bombing they invented the suicide Jacket.(that in itself is worth another Nobel price!!) That is how they killed Rajiv Gandhi and Ranasinghe Premadasa among hundred of other Sri Lankan politicians. (If you don’t want to believe me I want you to listen to the latest e-mail interview Mr. Nadesan, the LTTE political chief had with CNN a couple of days ago. When CNN asked them about the murder of Rajiv he simply refused to answer. ..Next question please…type of answer, you know). So, there should be no doubt about LTTE’s intelligence.

One more thing though. They never ever admitted to their killings. I think it is a brilliant move; don’t you think so? Oops…I lied. Let me correct myself. Did you ever hear about a chap called Dr. Anton Balasingham. He was the theoretician and political advisor to the Tigers. His Australian wife Adele was the chief of the LTTE women (suicide) brigade and now lives in the UK after Anton’s death (Imagine Mullah Omar’s wife living in London!). Any way, Dr.Balasingham is the only one I know of who admitted to the killing of non other than Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.

When Mr. Lashaman Kadirgarmar (who was a prominent Tamil himself and a senior minister in Sri Lankan government) was killed in his swimming pool, LTTE just said “WE DIDN’T KILL HIM. HOWEVER HE WAS A TRAITOR”. Actually this Kadirgarmar fellow was a good pal of our good friend Bob. You know Bob Ray- the ex-premier of Ontario under NDP rule and a now powerful contender for the leadership of the federal Liberal party of Canada. It seemed that they studied together or some thing. Funny thing is he is trying very hard to harvest the Tamil votes these days.

Any way this is what I mean.

You de-proscribe Tigers and give their WTO offices back and all these protests that we have seen for last couple of weeks would be gone. Trust me on this. I am sure you have seen thousands of Tamil people carrying LTTE flags and larger than life cutout of Tiger leader V. Prabakaran (this guy is wanted by Interpol) all over Toronto and even on the Parliament hill. You would see none of that if you follow my advice. I guarantee it.

It was not long ago that the Liberal MP Gurbax Malhi (Mississauga) had to apologies to the Canadian that he didn’t know who the people were and whose flag it was when he stepped into a rally on the parliament hill organized by LTTE supporters. Typical of Liberals; don’t you think. They don’t know and don’t care whose rally it is so long as they get to talk!! Once we de-proscribe the Tamil tiger terrorist movement even conservatives don’t have to apologize to anybody for being in LTTE rallies.

You probably read recently that two Kamikaze pilots of the LTTE air wing (do you realize how unique these Tigers are? They are the first Terrorist to have an air force. Ever!!) tried to bomb Colombo and got shot down. One plane crashed into the building where the Revenue Department was located and one person got killed while fourteen others got injured. (I don’t blame them for trying to destroy the revenue department. Given half a chance we Canadians want to destroy Revenue Canada too).

What happened subsequently though was they (LTTE supporters) had a commemoration for these two pilots in Canada. Apparently the parents of one pilot are in Canada.
When the Sri Lankan government heard about this they complained to the Canadian high commissioner in Sri Lanka for allowing terrorist to operate in the Canadian soil.

That poor guy had to some how defend this commemoration. You know what he said? According to the report he said that in Canada we have freedom of speech. Good answer you might think. However when the Sri Lankan minister asked him whether the Canadian government would have any problems if some body were to commemorate the two pilot who flew plans to the WTC in 9/11 our high commissioner didn’t have an answer. Now you see the problems almost every Canadian face when we don’t follow the law of the land. If you wanted to know my personal view on this issue here is my answer. During 9/11 most of the people who died had either blue eyes or blond hair. When Tigers Air Force killed people none of them had blue eyes or blond hair.

Now the last one…

In addition to be the prime minister of Canada for next twenty odd years here is the best of all the outcomes if you de-proscribe the LTTE terrorist group.

Remember the last interview you had with the CBC on Afghanistan mission. If I remember it right you said that we couldn’t win the war with Taliban and Al Qaeda. This is not what you said two years ago. At that time you said “we Canadian never run away” or some thing.Obviously average Canadians are outraged because they think we got over hundred of our best and brightest killed for nothing.

Now if you make friends with Tamil Tiger terrorist here is how you can save you face.
You probably heard how the Tigers are cornered to a small patch of land in the north eastern part of Sri Lanka by the SLDF. They say if not for the civilian that they use as human shield, Tigers would be wiped out in couple of days. This is where we can be of help to them. We withdraw all our forces from Afghanistan and move them to PTK and get them to fight the Sri Lankan forces along side the Tigers. That way we can tell average Canadians that we are fighting a worse enemy than the Taliban and Sri Lankans are Terrorist and they commit “genocide of Tamils”- the usual line LTTE media use. Or if people really dispute this genocide claim we can always say that even there is no “genocide” taking place now we are taking “pre-emptive actions” in case the Sri Lankan government would decide do it some times in the future.
Here is another justification.

Sri Lankan president Mr. Mahinda Rajapakse (did you know that there is a street named after him somewhere in the Middle East?) is a good friend of Amajinadad of Iran. He actually visited Sri Lanka and was the first Iranian leader to do so. Since Iran is part of the “axis of evil” (where is Bush when we need him?) by association Sri Lanka becomes a part of that axis too. Brilliant idea; isn’t it? Unlike Taliban who use IED Sri Lankan forces use regular army stuff. So we hopefully can beat them too.
