Prabhakaran’s thirty four years of horrendous terror

From Varadarajah Perumal Temple 1975 to Puthumattalam 2009

(April 21, Frankfurt, Sri Lanka Guardian) The ghastly terror curtain has begun to come down on Sri Lanka and terror boys are on the run. In all probabilities the terror captain is dead; dead perhaps Christmas 2004 night as a victim of a giant wave that washed off the Mullaitivu coast and the Tiger masters have managed since then with a dummy. Or he is alive and so sick that he is physically and or mentally incapacitated. How can a man who has sought refuge in a hole in the ground 364 days of the year remain physically fit and mentally alert?

Or he is in a highly advanced stage of mental turmoil and chaos, something that is hereditary from his mother’s side. There has been so much inbreeding in his family that mental confusion must have taken full hold of Prabhakaran who at the age of 14 became a school drop out and a family rebel who ran away from his home. Early in life he became unsympathetic to pain in others and in fact got a kick out of it; an early symptom of necrophilia.

He began his public life stealing bicycles and also became fond of a range of killer weapons from catapults to pistols and revolvers. He never showed any kind of compassion towards anyone and it appeared all that he wanted was to be the boss at all times and no other dog should bark in his presence. This was unfortunately the time when some people in the Federal Party just prior to it became the Tamil United Left Front wanted strong-arm guys to do some dirty work for them.

In particular they wanted Jaffna’s popular Mayor Alfred Duryappah eliminated and who better than Prabhakaran to commit this foul deed! Very soon Prabhakaran became a good friend of Amirthalingam’s elder son Kandeepan and was often on a bed and breakfast relationship with the family. More than Amirthalingam, it was his wife Mangayakarasi who encouraged such relationships. She was known for her vicious stage attacks on political opponents.

Eventually after attacking Mayor Durayappah on stage after stage as a Tamil traitor, the foul deed was done in the premises of a historic temple in the vicinity of the Amirthalingam home. What began at Sri Varadarajah Perumal Temple July 1975 has taken thirty four years of horrendous terror campaign to come to an end in Puthmattalam, thanks to the highly disciplined armed forces, along with thousands saved from the claws of one of the world’s most brutal terrorist. During the course of this period even Amirthalingam and some fellow TULF colleagues too were killed by a viper that they raised as a pet.

Once he took the gun and carried out several bank robberies, he began to canvas support from children who were attending tuition centres in Jaffna and hijacked them to join his terror movement right under the noses of their parents. This is exactly what Tiger leaders in Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany and other such countries are doing with young impressionable Tamils in the university campuses.

If Prabhakaran is not alive then this end has come with those who took over his reins in Sri Lanka put to the run. They have their hidden masters who have during the course of three decades and a half created a global underworld engaged in some of the vilest crimes known to humanity. Operating on the surface of this underworld are Tamil gangs and dealers who are encouraged to violence as a way of life. The following You Tube report indicates the extent of the damage this underworld is causing:(See Video)

What is even more tragic and disturbing is the reality that this horrendous criminal has thousands of Tamil admirers in several cities of the western world who have not stopped demonstrating on behalf of a terrorist, who has accounted for the lives of their kith and kind in thousands in Sri Lanka. One wonders as to what kind of force has been egging them on to conduct these de4monstrations. Reports indicate that the demonstrators are rude, arrogant and hostile, and being a public nuisance is a part of their activities.

In other words, these demonstrators most of whom have fled Sri Lanka from Prabhakaran’s horror have become victims of the LTTE underworld network and the masters who conduct its activity. During the course of the 34 years, Prabahakaran has sought such havoc that 70,000 lives have been lost, a great deal of devastation has been caused to agricultural lands and infrastructures and communities uprooted and scattered.

Prabhakaran would never have achieved such a horrendous mileage for three decades and a half, had he not been encouraged by some of the TULF politicians of that time especially the family of Appapillai Amirthalingam. It is possible that some elders of the Tamil Diaspora may at this time be involved in urging their young ones on the path of terrorism which is like to remove a nail one calls for a bulldozer.
