Mr. Dissanayake addressing the media today said that Yoshitha, a second lieutenant of the Sri Lanka Navy was participating in and addressing several rallies.

“He is also the director of ‘Thaarunyata Hetak’ registered as a corporation. We are requesting the Navy Commander to give an explanation on how an officer in the rank of a second lieutenant can participate in election propaganda work”, he said.
