(December 15, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) UNP parliamentarian Sagala Ratnayake told S. B. Dissanayake yesterday to notice the logs in his own eyes instead of trying to find specks in others'. He said SB should first explain how he came to own houses in Hanguranketha and Battaramulla. Addressing a media briefing convened by the United National Party yesterday, Sagala was reacting to a charge levelled against him by S. B. Dissanayake recently.
“At the media briefing held to announce his support to the President and the government, S. B. Dissanayake levelled several false charges against me on a personal level. Those are totally incorrect.
“It was stated that the party leader had purchased a house for me with party funds. In S. B. Dissanayake's own words, these are worthless charges.
“S. B. Dissanayake says that the party bought me a house in Colombo. That's all I have for a house. After I lost my mother, renovations were done to the house and completed. The main house has been divided into two. Part of it is for my sister and the other part is for me.
However, I challenge S. B. Dissanayake to reveal how he constructed his houses in Hanguranketha and even Battaramulla. I have been there. It must be revealed as to how those houses and lands were acquired,” said Sagala Ratnayake. -Sri Lanka Guardian

99%of the politicians are corrupt, not only SB,Dissanyaka.and any of these politicians would not purchase land or welth in their nor close family members names but on other henchmans names, though they cannot be punished under the normal law they would be punished under the natures law, one example could any person name a politician or political family who lives& lived happily i mean good helth or mental happiness.
