Will they resign en masse or commit suicide en masse?

(August 02, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) Child psychologists trace human behaviour to childhood traumas. I was only about 6-8 years old, and there lived in our neighbour hood a family. The father is an abusive man and he after taking alcohol always beat up his wife for any number of reasons, then I noticed that their older son started beating up their innocent calf. It registered in my head and it came to back to me when I see Rajapaksa’s behaviour.

Let me come to my life, one day by accident I hit my son with the shopping cart and even after 30 years he points it out to me. What ever explanation and love I show him he is not letting it go. We parents and grand parents must be extremely careful with our children.

Mahinda Rajapaksa is suspected of his involvement in several murders. It is a known fact. Why did he choose murder as a path way to solving problems? He is still not convinced that there are very many ways to deal with contradiction, yet he kills people. The disease has spread island wide and a friend of mine who returned recently said while he was there at least 5 people were killed and there is neither investigation nor inquiry.

There are two people in his life one is “Chutti Putha” and “Chandi Malli”, the enforcers and executors of Mahinda's orders.

Gothabaya Rajapaksa is yet to be found guilty of any murders, but here we have credible evidence that he has in fact given orders to kill. There is similarity between Mahinda and Gothabaya, both of them used proxies to kill. Does it say something about the family? Did their father D.A. Rajapaksa at any time killed people?

Then I met a priest from Sri Lanka, and he was in Sri Lanka between 1970-1980. He said Mahinda Rajapaksa has brought people from Hambantota, Sri Lanka to Kekirawa, Sri Lanka to his election propanganda. Some of those people stayed with this priest and have told them that Mahinda Rajapaksa killed his first wife. As a powerful family in Hambantota, the father knew every one including the police and the magistrate and the case was closed.

These are important events as to how they got into power. You can still see them controlling the police, military and the judiciary. The very institution that maintain law and order are under their control.

Gothabaya keeps talking about LTTE, but then they say they have defeated LTTE. His current propaganda is about LTTE. But we are concerned about the innocent citizens and the surrendered combatants. They were executed; they were not armed. He knows he is guilty, the world knows that he is guilty and he knows that the world knows he is guilty.

My suggestion is let’s have an independent inquiry to find out what really happened. I do not know why either Mahinda Rajapaksa or Gothbhaya Rajapaksa must fear if they have not done any wrong. I know there are more evidences, but they will be released in stages. The idea is to allow them to self incriminate. At one stage they will be forced to admit one or the other, and that one or the other any which way looked will find them guilty. They have NOT been there, but they will be there soon. Rest assured.

In the mean time we must differentiate Sri Lanka from the suspected criminals. Sri Lanka as a nation has to be spared and saved. Like Barack Obama said, “we are not rescuing people, but the institutions”. No one wants Sri Lanka to bear the burden of a few culprits, in fact it has to be taken away from these narcissistic elements and shown a different path of peace and prosperity.

Mahinda Rajapaksa establishment is now where the Tamil civilian were in May 2009, Surrounded from all direction and the feeling of claustrophobia is causing panic among the rats and the weasels

The wheel of Justice moves slowly but in that process is grinds finely. The Watergate affair took several months and finally the all mighty Robert Nixon, the President of USA, resigned. Will Rajapaksa resign or commit suicide.?
