LLRC still mum over Manoharan, who is in prison

Here we published full text of a letter of request for meeting the delegates of LLRC and my father at the Bhoosa prison

( November 11, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) I. Ms. Aruna daughter Mr. Manoharan, would like to bring to your kind notice that my father, an ex-LTTE, has been at the Bhoosa prison since 16 May 2009.
The following details are given to me by the lawyer , who appears for my father, On 26 December 2010, he requested the Bhoosa prison OSC to make an arrangement for meeting the delegates of LLRC and he promised to do so. But he hasn’t received any reply yet.

My father handed over a letter of request to Rohan Gunaratna for submitting the letter to the LLRC when he met my father at the Bhoosa prison on 27 December 2010. But he hasn’t received any reply or acknowledgment yet.

He didn’t get a chance to meet the delegates of the LLRC when they visited the Bhoosa prison on 30 December 2010.

My father requested the Velikkadai Judge through the jail superintendent to make an arrangement to see the delegates of the LLRC on 12 May 2011.

Then after , my father approached three ASPs, Fonseka, Asanka and Nishantha Chandrasekara, for making arrangement to meet the delegates of the LLRC.

He hasn’t received any reply yet,

I would be thankful to you if you kindly meet my father at the prison and send me a reply as soon as possible.

P.S. My father has been transferred from Bhoosa to Maghazine prison since 18. September 2011.
