(December 09, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) The Fundamental Rights petition filed by five web operators challenging the Government regulation to registrar all web sites with the Ministry of Media was listed for support by the Supreme Court for January, 24, 2012.
When the case was taken up today, it has postponed on the grounds that the bench was not properly constituted as only two judges were present.
