(11 July, 2012, Balochistan, Sri Lanka Guardian) A three-judge bench of the apex court, comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja, resumed the hearing here today in Quetta after petition filed by the Balochistan Bar Association on the law and order situation in Pakistan’s largest province.
As the chief Justice of Pakistan set to hear the cases of missing persons alleged to be abducted by State machineries four bullet riddled bodies were found dump while seven more abducted from different areas of Baluchistan sources said.
according to the reports published by Baloch Media cells a bullet ridden body was found dumped in coastal areas of Gwadar, accordingly levis sources while confirming the incident said a brutally tortured body was found dead near custom house in porty city of Gwadar. Body was identified as Nisar Ahmad later on handed over to his family members in an another incident a body was seen in a well in Surab area of Baluchistan some 50 kilo meters far from provincial capital Quetta. Local authorities took the body and shifted him in to Surab city hospital where his identity has not been established so far.
Separately in an event two bodies were discovered with several torture marks on them in a mountain near Eastern by pass in provincial capital Quetta. According to the sources revealed by Baloch Johd the deceased were identified as Jan Mohammad and Khalid Dad. The men after several tortures were shot dead a senior told us. Deceased were handed to their family members after completing preliminary medical formalities and autopsy. The deceased are told be the members of Marri tribe.
According to the latest reports Pakistani security forces have abducted five Balochs from Mach area of Balochistan.According to reports, Pakistani forces intercepted a public bus at Police check post in Mach area of Balochistan, and taken off the five Baloch passengers from bus .According to eye-witnesses, they were severely beaten by security forces and shifted to unknown location.
while another man from Khuzdar area of Baluchistan namely Yasir s/o Abdul Rahim Notwani is abducted by the unknown abductors from Kanak road area of Khuzdar.
in an another occasion Pakistani secret agencies personnel’s have abducted Dad Shah Baloch today in evening time near Bilal Mosque in Gwadar.Bilal Mosque is just 2 minutes drive away from the Pakistan’s Coast Guards Cantonment.Dad Shah is brother of BSO-Azad’s slain leader Comrade Qayum Baloch.He was previously abducted and killed under custody by the Pakistani forces. BSO-Azad has announced the shutter down strike all over in Gwadar tomorrow against the abduction of Dad Shah Baloch.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Chief Justice on Monday said that: “Mutilated bodies start surfacing whenever bench hears case in Quetta.”
