Israel and the US Plot to Destroy Palestine as Arab Leaders Slumber in Disunity

Israel has dropped more than 70,000 tons of bombs on Gaza—more than the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki during World War II.

by Mahboob A. Khawaja

Monsters of History Defy Truth, Justice, and Humanitarian Values

The Israeli-American fraudulent ceasefire ended in Cairo without any agreeable outcome. There was nothing new but wasted time and missed opportunities to restore normalcy and humanitarian aid for the people of Gaza, who were denied the chance to breathe freely while the bombing and killing of civilians continued unabated. The so-called Arab leaders – authoritarian “puppets” of the US – never had the capacity to think outside the decadent box or question their masters about this war and its ultimate goal of dominating the Arab world. The US and Israel manoeuvred through all quagmires, ensuring the continued killing of Gaza’s people under the false pretext of terrorism. Meanwhile, new settlements were allowed, strengthening Israel’s control over the West Bank and delivering a final blow to the Palestinian freedom movement. Throughout history, many monsters have claimed good intentions and righteous ambitions, but in reality, they inflicted horrors, death, and destruction on fellow humans to achieve personal ambitions of power and glory. The US Congress has bestowed undue political honour upon PM Netanyahu, who is accused by the International Criminal Court (ICC) and International Court of Justice (ICJ) of committing crimes against humanity and genocide in Gaza. Does the US Congress have any manifesto rooted in human morality and political values?

Philip Giraldi, Executive Director of the Council for the National Interest, explains in his piece, War Criminal Benjamin Netanyahu Addresses the US Congress (Global Research, 7/26/24): “Benjamin Netanyahu’s presentation in the House Chamber today was by far the worst presentation by any foreign dignitary invited and honoured with the privilege of addressing the US Congress.” Netanyahu claims that “Hamas raped women and burned babies alive,” but Dr. Giraldi views this as false propaganda meant to garner US support for the continued war against Palestinians, clarifying:

“The reality is, of course, it is the Jews who are killing Palestinians in large numbers using American-supplied weapons. The highly respected British medical journal The Lancet estimates that Israel has already killed more than 186,000 Palestinians since last October, most of whom remain buried under the rubble of their homes. For Netanyahu, however, only Jewish lives matter. The unrelenting savagery of Israeli soldiers has been confirmed by multiple independent sources. Netanyahu would also do well to acknowledge the new Knesset law passed last week, which entirely rejects the idea of a unilaterally declared sovereign Palestinian state alongside Israel, confirming that Israel’s intentions do not include peaceful coexistence with its neighbours.”

Israel and America Will Not Stop at Gaza, and Arab Leaders Just Wait for the Unknown

Gaza and the West Bank have been obliterated by Israeli insanity over ten months of continuous war and the bombardment of civilian infrastructure. Arab-Muslim leaders have neither the wisdom nor the courage to challenge Israel’s planned onslaught against the Palestinian people. They profess friendship with Netanyahu, even as Israel shows animosity towards them. Arab leaders appear morally, intellectually, and politically bankrupt—mere scum floating on the tide of naïve puppets and discredited officials. The American-Israeli collaborative war on Gaza, and its immediate consequences, have rendered Western institutions redundant and devoid of civility, human rights, freedom, justice, and civilian safety in the 21st century. Crimes against humanity are met with inaction, indecision, and deliberate silence from the UN Security Council. If Israel is not stopped, it won’t be long before oil-exporting Arab states might fly Israeli-American flags as a symbol of the new order.

Those Bombing the Earth are Enemies of Humanity and Peace

So far, Israel has dropped more than 70,000 tons of bombs on Gaza—more than the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki during World War II. It seems the Israeli and American leaders do not believe in the sanctity of life or accountability to God for their actions. Both the Torah and the Bible emphasise human responsibility and warn of divine punishment for violating sacred covenants. The Earth is not a property of the US or Israel, but a divine trust given to humanity for life, survival, and stewardship. Those bombing and destroying it are mentally sick and defy divine truth. The Earth spins at 1,670 km per hour and orbits the sun at 107,000 km per hour. Imagine the consequences if this delicate balance were disrupted. The Earth is 93 million miles from the sun, and the moon is currently 384,821 km away from us. The Earth exists and floats by the will of God, without any pillars. So, “Fear God Who created life and death.” Is human intelligence still intact to understand this reality? Wherever there is trust, there is accountability. All human beings are accountable for their actions.

The divine warning in The Quran (7:56) advises: “Do no mischief on the Earth after it has been set in order, but call on God with fear and longing in your hearts; for the Mercy of God is always near to those who do good.” And The Quran (40:64) further clarifies:
“It is God Who made for you the Earth as a resting place and the sky as a canopy, and has given you shape and made your shapes beautiful, and has provided for your sustenance of things pure and good; such is God, your Lord. So glory to God, the Lord of the worlds.”

The killing of innocent people is also prohibited in the Ten Commandments (Torah):
“Thou shalt not kill” (Exodus 20:13; also Deuteronomy 5:17). Jewish law views the shedding of innocent blood very seriously and lists murder as one of three sins (along with idolatry and sexual immorality) that fall under the category of yehareg ve’al ya’avor—meaning “One should let himself be killed rather than violate it.”

“Phase One of Israel’s genocidal campaign on Gaza has ended. Phase Two has begun. It will result in even higher levels of death and destruction,” reports Chris Hedges. This is not a war against Hamas. It is a war against Palestinians.

Israeli strikes are generated at a dizzying rate, many of them from a system called “Habsora”—The Gospel—which is built on artificial intelligence that selects 100 targets a day. The AI system is described by seven current and former Israeli intelligence officials, in an article by Yuval Abraham on the Israeli sites +972 Magazine and Local Call, as facilitating a “mass assassination factory.” Once Israel locates what it assumes to be a Hamas operative based on a cell phone signal, for example, it bombs and shells a wide area around the target, killing and wounding dozens or even hundreds of Palestinians, the article states.

Pakistan: Let the Nation be Free of Criminals

There are many educated Pakistanis of global moral and intellectual integrity to plan political change and meanwhile prepare and govern the country for a legitimate national election in a few months.

by Mahboob A. Khawaja

Looking Beyond the Obvious Political Lens

The current Pakistani ruling elite (a few Generals and the Sharif-Zardari Families) have no credibility of any kind and are well-known conspirators, extortionists, thugs, killers, and indicted criminals who should be tried in a court of law. Evil has its own power and institutions, and consequently, every inch of Pakistani socio-economic, intellectual, and political life is infested with corruption, exploitation, and irreversible moral decadence. The masses are the net victims of neo-colonial conspiracies to degenerate the nation through five military coups since its inception in August 1947.

After 77 years of so-called national freedom, the country is devoid of the basic notion of freedom to exercise its rights for political change. The Generals and their accomplices among a few landlord families are at the crux of problems across the besieged nation, floating without a legitimate system of political governance or authentic public institutions of law and order and accountability. Emerging political chaos, corruption, and dishonesty to national interests are the new normal. History is a learning tool and medium, but not to the neo-colonial agents dragging the nation to an uncertain future and a lost sense of national identity and freedom.

Progressive nations are built by educated thinkers, people of new ideas and ideals belonging to new generations of informed and honest individuals. Deprivation of the new generation is a systematic process to keep the old bags and corrupt families in power with the alignment of a few Generals. Pakistan has lost more than 50 years of time and opportunities for a new beginning and nation-building. How do you cure evil when people cannot think of evil as a monster of history to disrupt and destroy the hope for systematic political change? Could Pakistan survive another decade under the authoritarianism and governance of a few indicted criminals?

Imran Khan is a Hope for Political Change

Pakistan is no exception; wherever military generals bring coups, they destroy the ideological, moral, and intellectual foundation of the nation. Pakistan has had more than five coups stabbing its body and political foundation. The Generals and their accomplices viewed Imran Khan (Tehreek-e-Insaf Pakistan – “Justice Party”) as a threat to their survival and wanted to eliminate him by all means – fair or foul. The arrest and illegal imprisonment of Imran Khan unfolds an unwarranted and fraudulent scheme of things orchestrated by the Sharif brothers and a few Generals to arrange fraudulent national elections in February 2024 and betray the nation.

Some of the Generals view the new generation of educated and intelligent Pakistanis as a challenge to their authoritarianism and could drive the country to self-destruction. Imran Khan, a sportsman and well-known personality worldwide, appeared to carry a moral and intellectual profile unseen in previous leaders. His PTI party alleges American intervention in the political coup against him and his removal from office. Strangely enough, often Imran Khan spoke of political changes but lacked the capacity to dismantle the neo-colonial systems of corruption and intrigues across the board.

A few Generals and the Sharif brothers feared the return of Imran Khan to power; if fair elections were held, he could hold them responsible for corruption, looting of the treasury, and egoistic political belligerency. If Imran Khan were conscientious and had reasoned advisory, he could have called an early election to undo the political conspiracy. Khan sounded more truthful and a man of moral and intellectual integrity to assume the new generation leadership and be part of the urgently needed domestic harmony and future-making.

To Foster Political Change, the Nation Needs a New Generation of Educated and Proactive People, Not the Sharifs and Not a Few Generals

The dramatic political changes happening in Bangladesh and the removal of PM Sheikh Hasina bring optimism to Pakistani masses striving for political change. The symbolic structure of Sheikh Mujib is dismantled in Dhaka, as the masses in Pakistan could force the Sharif brothers, Zardari, and a few Generals to flee the country. Criminals always fear accountability and voices of reason and masses to question them. Pakistan is being stabbed by vengeful intrigues of political power and the insanity of the few. Progressive nations produce and bring the best and most intelligent ones to the role of leadership and responsibility. Rationally arguable was the coming of PM Imran Khan – a hope for the future crushed by political intrigues, conspiracies of a few Generals and the Sharif brothers – the indicted criminals. Something evocative and hauntingly familiar is about the current imagery of failed political governance emerging across Pakistan.

We, the People of Pakistan, lost half of our country (East Pakistan), and India occupied Kashmir by force. We continued to lose more in socioeconomic and political domains because of the dishonesty and failed leadership of the Bhuttos, Sharifs, and the Generals. These thugs stole billions and billions to buy palaces in the UK, France, Dubai, and elsewhere in Europe. Please see more by this author: British Colonialism and How India and Pakistan Lost National Freedom and Pakistan, Planned Political Chaos: Imran Khan a Victim of Hope for the Future.

Few Generals Made Pakistan a Dead-Ended Culture of Thinking but the Neo-Colonial Elite are Wrong

If Bangladeshi students and masses could oust the politically corrupt Sheikh Hasina, surely Pakistani masses could do much better to drive the monsters out and bring a democratic political change. At the edge of reason, cynicism about politicians and a few Generals is endemic and exposes the imagery of a dead-ended culture of moral, political, and intellectual landscape. Those occupying the political powerhouse view Pakistan as their own property, not a trust, and play with its destiny. They consider themselves above the law and reject any criticism against corrupt governance. Pakistan lost its natural capacity for change, progress, and nation-building under the military dictators and continuous martial laws. Nations cease to exist when educated people of new generations who could have replaced the old and redundant guards leave the country and never return to build the nation.

Truth-telling is maligned and persecuted by the ruling neo-colonial elite. The British changed the sub-continent in 90 years, but Pakistan, after 77 years, has no viable system of political governance. The five Generals under the current Chief of the Army Staff, the Chief Justice Qazi Esa, and Raja, the Election Commissioner, must be tried for their crimes – holding fraudulent elections and deceiving the nation of its legitimate rights to foster political change. Otherwise, Pakistan and its freedom could be lost forever.

The phony five Pakistani Generals have no credibility or respect of the nation. There is nothing to celebrate about Pakistan’s 77th Independence Day after the fraudulent national elections depriving the PTI and its leadership of forming the next legitimate government. The Bangladeshi masses discard the military and corrupt Awami League Party of Sheikh Hasina and suggest Dr. Mohammad Yunus – a Nobel Laureate – to form the interim Government.

There are many educated Pakistanis of global moral and intellectual integrity to plan political change and meanwhile prepare and govern the country for a legitimate national election in a few months. The Chief of the Staff, General Assem Munir, and five conspiratorial Generals must see the mirror and realize what went wrong with their thinking, professionalism, and honesty as they took an oath to serve the nation. They all betrayed the nation and must be punished. Pakistan is fast becoming a trajectory of crime-riddled political culture, signaling not just decadence but a downfall of the nation.

Fallacy of the Peace Resolutions and Gaza

Have you ever thought about how day and night alternate systematically to serve mankind?

by Mahboob A. Khawaja

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) influences US political think tanks to align with Israeli interests, particularly regarding the conflict with Palestine and the military alliance supporting Israel’s security operations. This alignment envisions the conquest of the Arab world. The disengaged oil-exporting Arab leaders and their substantial investments in the US make little difference in politics and practices. President Biden’s Three-phase Peace Proposal is an ambiguous endeavor, open to conflicting interpretations, while the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) continue their operations and civilian casualties mount in Gaza. The US and Israel form a powerful entity dictating terms to Arabs and other actors in this conflict. Arab-Muslim leaders (if any) are excluded from the Peace Proposal and are mere pawns on the US administration’s chessboard.

Ironically, a blame game is prominent, as if Israel is serious about ending the war. This is not the case; Prime Minister Netanyahu plans to continue the conflict and eradicate Hamas’s presence in Gaza. Israeli leaders and media often exhibit hatred toward Arabs and Muslims, displaying degradation and political vices not seen in other civilized cultures. An aerial view of Jerusalem reveals dominant Islamic architecture and street culture, not the long-gone Jewish legends. Despite public evidence of crimes against humanity and genocide in Gaza, Arab-Muslims have never shown hatred, prejudice, or defamation against Jews or Judaism. Instead, they respect and honor the followers of Moses and the Torah.

This stands in sharp contrast to Netanyahu’s ultra-nationalist partners calling for “Death to Arabs” at the Al-Aqsa compound during Flag Day celebrations in East Jerusalem. Netanyahu needs conflict to maintain his premiership. Reportedly, last week, more than 120,000 Israeli citizens demanded his resignation, the return of hostages, and peace in Palestine. Truth remains singular, but political mythologists of peace and security camouflage and reinvent logic as if truth is hypothetical, not factual. After eight months of continuous war, the Biden administration initiated a draft resolution for a three-phase peace plan in Gaza.

The UNSC resolution, favored by 14 nations with Russia abstaining, raises many unanswered questions involving Israel and the US. Hamas has expressed willingness to work out a ceasefire and other arrangements through mediators. Regardless of the UNSC resolution, nothing has changed on the ground as Israeli forces continue to bombard innocent civilians, causing massive destruction and a point of no return to normalcy. Previous UNSC and General Assembly calls for an immediate ceasefire and global solidarity protests supporting Palestinian freedom remain unheeded. Are Biden and Netanyahu playing with their political futures? Do they breathe oxygen in conflicting time zones?

Netanyahu and Biden appear despotic, using power as a tool for polemic strategies that violate international civilized norms of human safety, conflict resolution, and peacemaking. They define these traits with conspicuous terminology. There is an alarming trend of complicity and cruelty originating in Western Europe (Britain, Germany, and France), supporting the Israeli war to collectively punish all Palestinians across the Gaza Strip.

Western Constructs of International Humanitarian Laws, Geneva Conventions, Civic Values, and Hopes Violated

Where are the so-called International Humanitarian Law and the Geneva Conventions protocols offering protection to civilians in war, against forced displacement, targeting functional hospitals, places of worship, medical professionals, and ensuring unrestrained supplies of food and other necessities for human survival? There is no conversation to end the war. US intervention to stop Israel’s carnage in Rafah seems unlikely, as President Biden needs AIPAC’s money and support to win the elections. Both Biden and Secretary Blinken played for time, allowing PM Netanyahu’s political failure to achieve military objectives in Gaza. None is committed to peace with Palestinians. An Israeli professor and rabbi narrated to this author why he left Israel seeking a new life in Canada—there was no peace or normalcy in life. Jews are divided, atheist, secular, Zionist, and have lost the precepts of the faith of Moses—Divine Judaism. Israeli leaders mislead people for their political power, not for the good of the Israeli masses or for peace or a sustainable future. Israel, according to the rabbi, could be on the brink of unknown disasters of survival in the Middle East unless it rethinks and reshapes its policies to coexist with the people of Palestine.

Israel and America Are Afraid of the Phenomenon of Political Change

The Arab-Muslim leaders live in the dark ages, acting as blind stooges and puppets of the US—a scum floating on a torrent. They lack faith, moral credibility, and leadership legitimacy to represent the masses. The Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman called Jared Kushner a friend to do business and normalize relations with Israel, but Kushner advocates “ethnic cleansing” of the people of Gaza.

America and Israel fear the phenomenon of change as it could make them obsolete and unfit for the future, despite their imaginary power and monetary influence. They are bewildered, with no sense of time, strengths, and weaknesses—unable to collaborate for an uncertain future. Do civilizations grow out of moral mire, tyranny, and military conquests?

Israeli and American Leaders Deny the Truth of a Living Earth They Bomb to Destroy Humanity

Every beginning has its end, and every nation lives to see its end, not infinity. There is no life and no history of manipulating the Earth and humanity by powerful aggressors against the Laws of God—natural causes. Have you not walked on the earth to learn how the most powerful nations of the past were destroyed by the Will of God—asks the Divine Revelations? We, the people, live in a splendid Universe where planet Earth floats ordained by the commands of God. We are moral beings, unlike animals that possess eyes, ears, and other senses but cannot draw logical conclusions from their senses. There is a moral sense of spirituality and humanity to coexist in harmony with the rest of creation on this Earth. This trust is explicitly mentioned in the Qur’an, Chapter 33:72: “We did indeed offer the Trust to the Heavens and the Earth; And the mountains but they refused; To undertake it, being afraid thereof: But man undertook it; He was indeed unjust and foolish.”

Have you ever thought about how day and night alternate systematically to serve mankind? “Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of Night and Day – There are indeed Signs for men of understanding.” (Qur’an 3:190). Do you know who, other than God, determined the Earth spinning at 1670 km per hour? Who other than God ordained it to orbit the sun at 107,000 km per hour? And who, other than God, made it spin at 28,437 km per hour at the equator? Be aware that Earth’s average distance to the Sun is about 93 million miles (150 million km); the distance of the Moon from Earth is currently 384,821 km, equivalent to 0.002572 Astronomical Units. If the distance between the Earth and the Sun or the Earth and the Moon were ever to change, there would be no sign of life, human civilizations, or habitats left on Earth. We humans have one origin—why can’t we coexist in peace and harmony?

“It is God Who has created you from dust; Then from a sperm-drop, Then from a leech-like clot; Then He does get you out (into the light) As a child: then lets you (grow and) reach your age of full strength; then lets you become old, Though of you there are, some who die before; And lets you reach a Term appointed; in order that ye May learn wisdom.” (Qur’an, Chapter 40:67)

Lessons of history are deliberately ignored—people holding gospels in one hand have driven mankind to the insanity of two World Wars with another hand. There seems to be no end in sight to the continued crimes against humanity and genocide, as witnessed in Gaza. Are there any prospects for political change and new thinking for a sustainable world of tomorrow? Even Biden’s so-called Three-phase Peace Proposal does not offer hope for an immediate ceasefire, peace, reconciliation, and harmony among the people of Israel, Palestine, and global humanity. These appear to be passing illusions and crippled global aspirations, not the facts of life which warrant a navigational change to US policies and practices in the Middle East.

Pakistan: The Elite Who Betrayed the Nation

Since independence, Pakistan has witnessed five individualistic military coups - all lacking in logic and conscience, resulting in political chaos, socio-economic disruption, loss of the foundation of the national freedom movement, and the worst outcome - the conspiratorial defeat and surrender of East Pakistan.

by Mahboob A. Khawaja

Corrupt Elite is always Self-Deceptive and Fearful

Every dictator is a despot at heart and an enemy of both himself and the nation. They contribute nothing to building a nation or its future but instead destroy all that has been built over time and generations, giving truth meaning for human culture and civilization.

An egomaniacal mind imagines “power” in absolute terms, a vicious concept that corrupts incessantly. However, it never cares to search for the consequential truth leading to the end game – assured deceit of transitory triumphalism.

File Photograph of Pakistan Military officials

Pakistan was envisioned by Rehmat Ali, a student, transformed into conceptual reality by Dr. Mohammad Iqbal, the poet, philosopher, and ideologist of the 20th century, and the monumental democratic freedom movement was led by Mohammad Ali Jinnah to achieve success. Logically, “success” always means doing the best for all.

A small Pakistani military elite, under its current Chief of the Staff General Assem Munir, aligned with a coalition of well-known thugs, money launderers, and indicted criminals to assume political power – a power that is not theirs and of which they have no knowledge of its imperatives – fair or foul. They aim to install a puppet regime to serve their interests, not the interests or aspirations of the nation. The national elections were rigged to deprive the most popular party of Imran Khan (PTI) in favor of thugs and criminals – the Sharif family.

The Generals and Sharifs Have No Legitimacy to Form the Next Government

Since independence, Pakistan has witnessed five individualistic military coups – all lacking in logic and conscience, resulting in political chaos, socio-economic disruption, loss of the foundation of the national freedom movement, and the worst outcome – the conspiratorial defeat and surrender of East Pakistan.

The Generals produced Bhuttos, Sharifs, Zardari, and Musharaf who stole more than 50 years of the national lifetime, wealth, and opportunities for political change to acquire palaces in the UK, France, and Spain, thus discrediting the nation, its honor, and its standing in global affairs. They all escaped the consequences of their crimes against the nation through infested corruption and unfair systems of legal justice. Recently, the Sharif brothers were also set free. It is widely believed that the top brass of the military was directly involved in organizing a fraudulent election. It is highly likely that twisted logic and erroneous tactics of false accusations and charges have been employed to imprison Imran Khan and some 20k of his party affiliates, locked up arbitrarily to ensure a favorable outcome for the twice-dismissed indicted criminal Nawaz Sharif or his brother to form the next central government.

Dr. Babur Cheema, in his post, describes the essence of the pathological liars who played with the destiny of the nation to further their own sadistic ambitions to dehumanize the nation: “…By late evening, it was abundantly clear that the people of Pakistan… handed over their mandate in an unambiguous and unequivocal manner. This is precisely when panic gripped the corridors of power. Mortally scared, the dacoits descended in the dead of darkness, to cruelly snatch victory from the people of Pakistan. It was a bizarre and obscenely revulsive spectacle. People watched in disbelief. They had a ringside view and watched the proceedings in real-time. They couldn’t believe what they saw. Their own were selling their motherland to dacoits. They were horrified at the brazenness of this theft. Looters were looting with impunity. The world was aghast as the verdict of the people of Pakistan was being hijacked in full public view. Despite Pakistan’s checkered electoral history, such high-handedness and nakedness had never been imagined. This was a betrayal of the worst kind. People of Pakistan were crestfallen and deeply hurt. The ones who had taken an oath to protect their verdict and will were the very ones to vandalize and mutilate it.

The Elite must Face Legal Accountability

The political-military elite have bankrupted the nation. Nobody invests in a country occupied by military dictators and political criminals, and tourists do not come to where conflicts and insecurity prevail. The IMF loaned 3M as a bailout recently; every Pakistani is under debt for almost 100B borrowed from the World Bank – where did that money go? Most of it was stolen by Bhuttos, Zardari, Sharif brothers, Musharaf, and others to acquire businesses/properties in Western Europe and Dubai. Would any nation in a rational mindset allow thugs and criminals to assume political leadership?

There must be full accountability of all the criminals and traitors; otherwise, Pakistan will drown forever. The national elections of February 8-9 have been rigged by a planned scheme of things conducted by the top elite, including a few Generals, the Chief Justice, and the Election Commissioner, as stated by the Divisional Commissioner Afzal Chatta. Pakistan needs an urgent systematic navigational change to restore trust, integrity, and honesty to the beleaguered image of Pakistan and its conscientious people.

If honesty and accountability have any real meanings, the majority of Pakistani masses would demand an immediate resignation of the Chief of the Army Staff General Assem Munir, the Chief Justice Qazi Esa, the Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Raja, and others involved in the fraudulent scheme of elections. They violated the oath under the Constitution and betrayed the trust and responsibility assigned to them for their dutiful impartial performance and its accountability. If they fail to respond to the call of professional consciousness, they are not above the law and should be held accountable in a public court of justice. Would they ever realize and learn what went wrong with their professional thinking and to cause pains, horrors of injustice, and systematic defamation to the credibility and honor of Pakistan?

We, the People of Pakistan, would ask President Dr. Alvi for the following urgent executive remedial actions to restore normalcy and integrity to Pakistan:
  1. To set up a legal tribunal to investigate the irregularities of the national elections;
  2. To postpone or refuse any formal swearing-in of any unelected person to the position of PM of Pakistan;
  3. To ensure fast and fair corrected results of the February 8-9 elections and make a formal declaration of the successful elected members or the party for a peaceful transfer of power;
  4. To pardon and free Imran Khan from false political charges enabling him to participate in normal political affairs of the nation.

Pakistan’s Post-Rigged Election Terrain

Pakistan urgently requires systematic change, but a few generals and judges are part of the problem.

by Mahboob A. Khawaja

The Nation Becomes a Victim of Futile Elections

A nation already on the edge of socioeconomic and moral crises, and facing challenges to its political integrity, falls prey to authoritarian tyranny, political machinations, and enduring suffering. This is due to the fallacy of national elections being rigged by the very officials entrusted with ensuring fair and free ballot exercises on February 8-9. The elections are alleged to have been stolen from the masses’ rights and their constitutional exercise. The current political trajectory spells out a wave of chaos and mismanagement orchestrated by a few generals and a corrupt judiciary, shaping a dark future for both the present and future generations. Pakistan finds itself governed by a colonialist elite subservient to the Western world. Amidst evaporating truths, Commissioner Liaqat Ali Chatta displayed rare courage and professional honesty by stepping forward to clarify to the public the facts surrounding the rigged national elections.

Then-Prime Minister Imran Khan and President Arif Alvi watch Pakistan's Air Force fighter jets perform during the Pakistan Day parade in 2022

The Pakistani masses were outraged to learn of the rigging during the February 8-9 national elections in major cities, contested by leading political parties. At the February 17 press conference, Commissioner Liaqat Ali Chatta (Rawalpindi Division), located near the Armed Forces Headquarters, admitted to the rigging. He stated, “We converted the losers into winners, reversing margins of 70,000 votes in 13 national assembly seats,” implicating the head of the election commission and the country’s top judge. The public disclosures highlighted the fraudulent involvement of Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa and CEC Sikander Sultan Raja in manipulating the election results.

According to Pakistan’s Dawn News, Commissioner Liaqat Ali Chatta admitted his deep involvement in serious crimes like mega election rigging in 2024, acknowledging that betraying the country does not allow him to sleep. He expressed solidarity with the cause of justice and the people, ultimately resigning from his executive position.

Thousands of supporters of the PTI Party and independent activists demonstrated in major cities across Pakistan against the election rigging, aiming to undermine the present and future course of fair and free national elections. According to global news media, people from all walks of life gathered, expressing that their mandate had been stolen, and they opposed the efforts to install an illegitimate government into power. Observers noted multiple layers of a planned scheme to rig the elections. Pakistani commentator Saeed Malik cited Commissioner Chatta’s confession, implicating Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa and CEC Sikander Sultan Raja.

One wonders why national elections were held when generals and few judges of the Supreme Court sought to reinstate the corrupt Sharif brothers to political power. The military has produced leaders who have squandered the nation’s wealth, escaping justice through corruption and unfair legal systems. It is widely believed that the top military brass were directly involved in organizing fraudulent elections to keep Imran Khan and his PTI party out of power. False accusations and charges have been used to imprison Imran Khan and his party affiliates, ensuring a favorable outcome for the indicted Nawaz Sharif or his brother to form the next central government.

The Ruling Elite Planned a Scheme of Rigged Elections

Pakistan media reports suggest that the April 2022 ousting of elected PM Imran Khan was a conspiracy engineered by former Chief of the Army Staff General Javaid Bajwa. To prevent the PTI from participating, false legal cases have led to Imran Khan being sentenced to 10-14 years in jail. Vengeful generals aimed to keep Khan and the PTI out of power to avoid scrutiny of their actions against the nation. These generals, under Chief of Staff Assem Munir, seem disconnected from the nation’s needs, leading to catastrophic insecurity, mismanagement, and socioeconomic exploitation.

Pakistan urgently requires systematic change, but a few generals and judges are part of the problem. If honesty and accountability hold any meaning, conscientious Pakistani masses should demand the resignation of Chief of the Army Staff General Assem Munir, Chief Justice Qazi Esa, CEC Sikandar Raja, and others involved in the fraudulent election scheme. If they fail to respond, they should be held accountable in a public court of justice. It is essential for them to realize the consequences of their actions and rectify the injustices inflicted upon Pakistan’s credibility and honor.

Pakistan: A Quagmire of Strange Democracy at Work

Pakistan needs an urgent navigational change, but a few Generals and judges are part of the problem.

by Mahboob A. Khawaja

Pakistan represents traces of compelling authoritarian tyranny, political stupidity, and rooted political sinisterism that embody insolence and lost wisdom, along with hopes for navigational change. Despite national elections, the nation’s pains, horrors, and degradation for change are distinctly visible on the screen. The nation is fraught with a loss of time and opportunities for political change and sustainable future-making. The February 8 elections, arranged by the Generals and the Judges, produced no signs of systematic optimism that the nation will gain more when sadistic egoism and authoritarian governance prevail, leaving nothing more to lose.

A paradox of unforgivable systematic political corruption, complemented by the egos of a few Generals aligned with higher court judges, has led to a new threshold of emerging disunity, military intervention in public affairs, and the favorite perversion of evil mongering, claiming to serve the 240 million conscientious Pakistanis. Despite the PTI (independent) winning the clear majority of the National Assembly seats, reports reveal the hidden truth of the Sharif brothers – criminally indicted terrorists, thugs, and money launderers – potentially forming the next government. What a shame – what a disgrace to conscientious new educated generations of Pakistanis. One wonders, what was the precarious reason to hold the national elections when the Generals and a few Judges desired the return of the corrupt and morally and politically disgraced Sharif brothers to power? These were the same neo-colonial families of Bhuttos, Sharifs, and Zardaris produced by previous Generals who stole 50 years of the national lifetime, wealth, and opportunities for change to buy palaces in the UK, France, and Spain, thereby discrediting the nation, its honor, and its standing in global affairs.

Do intelligent people learn words of wisdom even from their enemies? General PNK Choudry (former Chief of Staff of the Indian Armed Forces), who fought wars against Pakistan, narrated that if Pakistan had honest and intelligent leaders, they could have averted the 1971 surrender and defeat in Dhaka, East Pakistan. I asked him how? He disclosed that ZA Bhutto had asked Mrs. Indira Gandhi (PM India) to help him become the next president of Pakistan; whereas Sheikh Mujib Rehman (the elected majority leader) was more of a Bengali nationalist aspiring to become the next leader of Pakistan. If the Pakistanis had transferred power to Sheikh Rehman, it would have been the right thing to do, and Bhutto would not have survived more than a few months, as all the official machinery was based in Islamabad. Mrs. Gandhi agreed to help Zulfikar Bhutto, but the price was the defeat and surrender of Pakistan, as Bhutto was power-hungry to become the unelected leader of Pakistan. Altaf Qureshi (“Skoot-e Dacca say Purdha Utha Hey” in the Urdu Digest) narrated the historic facts: ‘General Yahya Khan stabbed the body of Pakistan, and Bhutto did the same.’ Are we not witnessing the same story being repeated in Pakistan after more than 50 years?

Imran Khan, the PTI elected leader, was ousted by the whims of a few generals aligned with the politically cursed Sharif family – is that the mental microscope of the military leaders to resurrect dead political entities? Under false and politically orchestrated impulses, Imran Khan has been sentenced to 10-14 years in jail on multiple bogus legal cases. Vengeful and paranoid Generals wanted to keep Khan and PTI out of power so nobody could question their wrong thinking and deceitful actions against the nation. The few generals under the Chief of Staff Assem Munir have no sense of time and history, as they are playing with the destiny of the nation for which they have no moral or intellectual capacity, no right, or legal mandate to do so. Most dreadful tragedies have invariably resulted in victimizing the masses. Today, the nation is crippled with catastrophic events of insecurity, mismanagement, and socio-economic and political exploitation.

The Pakistani Generals are not people of reasoning and are not open to listening and learning. Bhuttos, Zardari, and Sharifs are not people of honesty and leadership to rebuild the nation for its survival. They cannot realize the imperatives of hopes and expectations of the new generation of educated and morally and intellectually competent people. The future belongs to the new generation of educated people, not to the naive and obsolete Generals. They view ‘power’ and ‘Pakistan’ as their own property. The authoritarian leaders have played with its destiny and future without being questioned. The five military coups have stabbed the living body of Pakistan. They are the wrong people, with wrong thinking and doing the wrong things.

Progressive Nations Produce and Enlist Educated People of New Generations to Make the Future

Progressive nations search for new-age educated and intelligent people with new ideas and integrity to build a sustainable future. Ironically, Pakistani neo-colonial systems have kept the old and the obsolete to run the country. Nations cease to exist when educated people of new generations, who could have replaced the old and redundant guards, leave the country and never return to build the nation. Young educated generations embark on migrating to Europe or America and never come back.

Today, the nation is crippled with catastrophic events of insecurity, non-productivity, mismanagement, and socio-economic and political exploitation. The Pakistani ruling elite and the Generals are not open to reason and accountability. They are engaged in the systematic subversion of national freedom, security, and future-making. They cannot realize the imperatives of hopes and expectations of a new generation of educated and morally and intellectually competent people. The future belongs to the new generation of educated people, not to the naive and obsolete Generals. They view ‘power’ and ‘Pakistan’ as their own property. They are the wrong people, with wrong thinking and doing the wrong things.

Although Imran Khan spoke of moral and intellectual values and nation-building, he did very little to support that agenda. Khan could have arranged evidence-based legal prosecution of the Sharif brothers, Zardari, and others for corruption, killings, and stolen wealth but failed to do so. He did not kill anybody nor rob any banks, and political governance was infested with corrupt figures of the past. They never imagined – how the present and future generations will identify them?

Tyranny of the Few Darkens the Future of the Nation

The few Generals and Sharif brothers are egomaniacs with an overwhelming pathological urge for political power to distort and reject the will and aspirations of the people of Pakistan striving for political change. Tyranny is always powerless and transitory. Imran Khan and some 20k of his party supporters have been imprisoned under false pretexts of political vengeance to pave the way for another opening to the crime-riddled Sharif family. What is the solution to the morally and intellectually sickening political culture of Pakistani politics? A reconstruction and overhaul of the law and justice system and non-intervention by the Generals into politics and the transfer of political power to the majority-elected leader and party. It is a long way to build a working democracy in Pakistan. If not, could the few Generals and top Judges be tried for violations of the Constitution, human rights, arrests of innocent masses, and fake cases against Khan at the ICJ and ICC, the Hague? The possibility is there for accountability.

Pakistan needs an urgent navigational change, but a few Generals and judges are part of the problem. Would they ever realize and learn from their wrong thinking, wrong priorities, and wrong actions? The current state of Pakistani affairs reflects a complete societal breakdown and a march towards self-annihilation. Despite hollow claims of the Generals, no moral and ethical behavior is seen in the sudden and inexplicable plunge into human wickedness, highlighting the affairs of the besieged nation. They would claim democracy at work when the majority-winning party (PTI) is being blocked from forming the next legitimate government, and masses are outraged and oppose the Generals and Judges, lacking respect, professional integrity, and impartiality to serve the nation.

Pakistan: The Generals and Judges Who Betrayed the Nation

Pakistan is swiftly becoming a dead-ended entity in the moral, political, and intellectual landscape. The Generals and a few aligned judges appear as monstrous shadows of wickedness, undoing the national freedom, security, and future of an Islamic and democratic Pakistan.

by Mahboob A. Khawaja

Pakistan presents a portrait of authoritarian anarchy, political mismanagement, injustice, and degradation in global affairs—a nation haunted by the challenges of a disdained future. A political paradox characterizes a delusional culture of authoritarian absolutism, marked by profligacy, malevolence, and tormenting miseries affecting diverse multitudes. This trajectory raises questions about the role play, deception, and betrayal orchestrated by a few Generals and Supreme Court judges—either bribed or coerced—manipulating the destiny of the nation. Their sinister, unacknowledged motives have incapacitated the nation's mainstream thinking hubs, employing power beyond their position, capacity, and authority to imprison Imran Khan, PTI leader, under false pretexts of politically motivated cases, with the aim of reinstating the criminally indicted Sharif brothers. Do the same values drive the perpetrators of this crisis? The national election scheduled for February 8 is viewed as a fraudulent stunt to claim success at the cost of the degeneration of a new age and the destabilization of the country.

According to Bruce Riedel from the Brookings Institute, USA ("Battle for the Soul of Pakistan"), a former advisor to President Obama on Pakistan and Afghanistan, in 2009, and now reiterated by President Joe Biden, Pakistan is deemed the "most dangerous nation in the world." The Generals under Assim Munir and Chief Justice Qazi, lacking vision and standards of equal justice, honesty, and righteousness, seem directly complicit in planning fake elections. They may be held accountable for their wickedness and interventionist strategy, destabilizing the stability and future of Pakistan.

Pakistan is swiftly becoming a dead-ended entity in the moral, political, and intellectual landscape. The Generals and a few aligned judges appear as monstrous shadows of wickedness, undoing the national freedom, security, and future of an Islamic and democratic Pakistan. Their lack of intellectual and moral capacity to understand the implications of time and history, as they were never part of the Pakistan National Freedom Movement led by Allama Mohammad Iqbal and Mohammad Ali Jinnah (Quaid-E-Azam), is evident. Their egoism and naive self-interest are compelling factors leading to their intervention in politics, destroying political freedom, security, and nation-building goals.

Nation-building necessitates individuals with new ideas, innovative ideals, and excellence from the new, educated, and proactive generations. Progressive nations enlist young, educated individuals and people of excellence to shape the future. Unfortunately, the new, educated, and intelligent generations were sidelined while the Generals conspired military coups, producing gangsters and so-called politicians such as Bhuttos, Sharifs, Zardari, and thousands of others, governing the country against reasoned political governance. The five military coups obliterated the moral, intellectual, and political foundation of Pakistan, leading to the catastrophic disintegration of the country in 1971.

The tyranny unleashed by the Generals is both powerless and absurd. Are the Generals waiting for another mishap of formative history? As discussed in "British Colonialism and How India and Pakistan Lost Freedom" (Global Research and Uncommon Thought Journal: 01/01/22), the leaders like Bhuttos, Zardari, Sharifs, and General Musharaf stole billions, owning properties in the UK, France, and Spain. Their actions are unlikely to be forgotten by present and future generations.

Imran Khan represents new ideas and ideals, viewed by the Pakistani masses with optimism, integrity, and hope for political change free of corruption, paving the way for sustainable development and a better future. The neo-colonial agents feared him, imprisoning Khan under bogus accusations of corruption.

Tyranny is always powerless and transitory. Military dictates and absurd judgments lead to distorted propositions of conflicts and instability. When political conspirators cannot solve one set of problems, they come up with naive ideas to create more critical problems, distracting the masses. The solution to the morally and intellectually sickening political culture of Pakistani politics requires a navigational change, new public institutions free of neo-colonial implanted culture, a new Constitution, and new educated and honest leadership. History will judge the imposters by their actions, not by their claims to serve the nation. In summary, we, the conscientious people of Pakistan, urgently call for a navigational change, equal participation of all political parties in fair, representative, and just national elections, and the reconstruction of a new political system of governance. Otherwise, the February 8 national elections are a dress rehearsal for continued military rule and a travesty of justice imposed upon the masses of Pakistan by a few against all:
  1. Pakistan, its people, and its future are not the sole property of a few Generals or the current Chief Justice.
  2. The Generals' ambitions and actions are the outcome of the briefing and dictate by US political interests.
  3. If bogus elections are held to bring the indicted criminals and money launderers, the Nawaz Sharif family, back to power, there will be massive socioeconomic and political chaos, disruptions, street battles, and bloodbath between the armed forces and the common people.
  4. The Generals and the judges do not plan economy, agriculture, education, moral and intellectual hubs, or build nations. People of knowledge, thinkers, visionaries, specialists, and young people of moral and intellectual integrity contribute to such a vital national agenda.
  5. Pakistan's socio-economic, political, and strategic needs are not the task and mandates of the judges and the Generals; they are a misfit for such role-plays.
  6. The few Generals and Judges are misusing time and opportunities for individualistic agendas, creating appalling socio-economic and political misfortunes for the nation. We, the people of reason, remind them that they are not above the law and justice and could face public trial and even firing squads for their treachery and dishonesty to the future of the nation.
  7. There must be a free and fair national election, inclusive of the PTI and its leadership. Pakistanis believe that if a free election is held, Imran Khan will be the next legitimately elected leader of the country.

Witness to 100 Days of Insanity on Gaza vs. Global Humanity

What a shame, what a disgrace that Arab-Muslim leaders would not act to defend people’s freedom, rights, dignity, and sustainable future.

by Mahboob A. Khawaja

Looking beyond the Horrors of Insanity and ‘Crimes against Humanity’

Are we, the conscientious people, not witnessing 100 days as 100 years of cataclysmic bloodbath being unleashed by Israel’s aerial bombardments and destruction of Gaza, its people, habitats, and history? The monster of history would contend peacemaking when the reality is far away from the prevalent truth of the planned massacre of 24,100 people, 9,700 children, more than 7,000 women, 117 journalists, and 315 medical doctors and staff. What about the 8,000 or more children still buried under rubble?

A Palestinian man carries his daughter’s body near Al-Shifa hospital, Gaza after she was killed by an Israeli airstrike

There is a mixed sense of intrigued mystery but a visual reality unfolding on screen and the sudden and inexplicable plunge into the tyranny of cruelty and planned killings of civilians and forcible displacement of 2.3 million innocent people that the so-called International Humanitarian Law forbids and others define the violent developments as ‘crimes against humanity.’ President Biden, in his recent statement (1/14/24), expressed worries about the safety of 136 Israeli hostages but showed no concern or compassion for the 24,100 Gazans killed and millions displaced forcibly by Israeli forces.

America, as an ally of Israel’s onslaught, refused to call for an immediate ceasefire despite internal public demonstrations against the war on Gaza. Is there another name for political wickedness and cruelty? Even the hospitals, ambulances, UNRWA school shelters, and graveyards of Palestinians are not spared by the US-sponsored Israeli war machines. Are we at the dead-end of inhuman catastrophe? Not even the Humanitarian Law, the Geneva Conventions, the ICRC, and the Red Cross can ensure the safety of people and hospitals. How else would any rational observers define ‘Crimes against Humanity’?

When facts of life warrant a navigational change, intelligent and effective leaders respond with moral and intellectual ingenuity to voices of public reasoning and rational thinking. Not so, President Biden and PM Netanyahu offer obscure and incomprehensible ideas and taboos to inflict a bloodbath on the innocent people of Gaza who had nothing to do with the October 7 attack on Israel. Sounding alarms, media reports of 120,000 Israeli citizens sitting at Tel Aviv demanding an immediate ceasefire, resignation of PM Netanyahu, and negotiated freedom of 136 hostages from Hamas.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) held the hearing of the South African ‘genocide’ case against Israel in Gaza, but America and a few Europeans questioned the essence of this case. How strange all American and European proponents of human rights, law, justice, and liberty are plagued with dormant ideas and dubious statements of concern.

The so-called Western official humanity succumbs to mysterious ideals of democracy and primitive discourse when the question of right and wrong comes up to face the prevalent reality. The Earth is a living entity and is meant for us – human beings, not for bombardment. ‘Fear God’ and ‘do not violate the covenants of peace and trust on Earth.’ The Divine Message is clear (64:67 Quran):

‘It is God, Who has made for you the Earth as a resting place and the sky as a canopy;
And has given you shape and made your shapes beautiful, and has provided for your sustenance,
Of things pure and good; Such is God your Lord. So Glory to God, the Lord of the Worlds.’

The Earth was not meant to be bombed and destroyed by sheer ignorance and wickedness. The compelling facts of life reflect inner human consciousness (2:10-12 Quran): ‘In their hearts is a disease…When it is said to them: Make not Mischief on the Earth; They say, Why we only want to make Peace! Of a surety, they are the ones; Who make mischief, But they realize it not.’ Those who bomb the Earth and destroy Earth, life, and habitats are not normal human beings, and God will hold them accountable for the consequences of their crimes against mankind.

The Middle East is Militarized, and Arab Leaders living in Complete Disconnect to their Future?

The Western Europeans and the United States of America are former colonial powers and propelling Israel, they have vested imperial and geopolitical interests to control the oil-producing Arab Middle East. In a planned scheme of things, they have divided the Arab world along religious and sectarian lines to control the natural resources and people of the Arabian Peninsula. America and West Europeans exploit and dictate the authoritarian regimes of the Arab world.

The Arab Middle East is militarized and destabilized by the US-Israeli strategic plans. They sell wars, weapons, and poisonous entanglement of sectarian conflicts to divide and rule the Arabian Peninsula. The colonial divides signify national identities carved up by European imperialism against the unity of Islam. To change the future, America and Israel needed a formidable political challenge to stop the onslaught on Gaza, but it was nowhere to be seen on the Arabian leadership horizon. For too long, Arab leaders breathed oxygen into moral and intellectual decadence and a delusional oil-run economic prosperity.

The leaders live in palaces protected by American and European mercenaries while erecting high-rise buildings making no sense, organizing football matches, Olympic games, and COP28 when 2.3 million are being displaced and more than 24,100 are massacred across Palestine. They invest oil revenues in Western entertainment industries. They have no sense of time and history and capacity to defend the interest of Islam as the Israeli Ultra-Nationalists plan to dismantle the 3rd holiest site Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.

America and Israel Defy Global Humanity and Invent New Norms of Global Hegemony

America and Israel have a plan to conquer most of the Arab lands – the Zionist vision of ‘Greater Israel’ is exposed (‘The Zionist Plan for the Middle East -A Strategy for Israel in the Nineteen Eighties’ By Oded Yinon. Translated and edited by Israel Shaha. Information Clearing House: 1/13/24): The plan operates on two essential premises. To survive, Israel must 1) become an imperial regional power, and 2) must effect the division of the whole area into small states by the dissolution of all existing Arab states. Small here will depend on the ethnic or sectarian composition of each state. Consequently, the Zionist hope is that sectarian-based states become Israel’s satellites and, ironically, its source of moral legitimation.

Changing the regime east of the river will also cause the termination of the problem of the territories densely populated with Arabs west of the Jordan. Whether in war or under conditions of peace…. and we ought to be active to accelerate this process in the near future. The autonomy plan ought also to be rejected, as well as any compromise or division of the territories for… the Arabs to Jordan and the Jews to the areas west of the river. Genuine coexistence and peace will reign over the land only when the Arabs understand that without Jewish rule between the Jordan and the sea, they will have neither existence nor security.

What a shame, what a disgrace that Arab-Muslim leaders would not act to defend people’s freedom, rights, dignity, and sustainable future.

The American-Israeli collaborated war on Gaza and its immediate consequences made the civilized world and all of its institutions shamefully redundant and void in the 21st-century global norms of civility, human rights, freedom, justice, and safety of people – whereas crimes against humanity are captured in obscure impulses and indecision and deliberate inaction by the UNO and the Security Council. Mocking its Charter’s obligations, the UN Security Council failed to protect civilians from the terror of daily bombardments of hospitals and places of worship. A hundred days of onslaught sounds like a hundred years of prolonged insanity that mankind has never witnessed except the TWO WW. The animals live and do not reflect on the imperatives of life, whereas we, human beings, cannot act like animals as we are supposed to be intelligent and responsible species on this Earth. At the edge of reason, the notion of evil leads to the realization of evil, and the tyranny of war must be stopped.

Pakistan Confronts its Future under Betrayal of Generals

The generals and the Sharif family wanted to dehumanize Khan and his PTI organization, and for the last two years, they have been bent on destroying his political integrity under false charges of corruption.

by Mahboob A. Khawaja

How We, the People Got to the Disdained Present?

The new, educated, and proactive generations of Pakistanis wonder why the country and its systems of governance are dysfunctional, corrupt, and self-destructive. Why, over 75 years, have we been fighting with ourselves and the neocolonial systems of thinking and actions that remain intact, reminiscent of the savagery of British colonialism? The national freedom movement was a political struggle over ages inspired by Allama Mohammad Iqbal, the poet and philosopher, and led by the Muslim League under the leadership of Mohammad Ali Jinnah-Qaid-e-Azam, as our history narrates. No military generals were fighting for the freedom of Pakistan. While the new generations were ignored and deprived of any practical role-play in nation-building – the essence of the framework for nation-making, the generals were active in conspiring military coups for their interests and produced inept and corrupt so-called politicians to govern the country against reasoned political governance. The five military coups obliterated the moral, intellectual, and political foundation of Pakistan, leading to a catastrophic ending, losing its eastern part and the state of Jammu and Kashmir to India. The five military coups were a stab in the body of Pakistan.

File Photo of Pakistani senior Army Officers

The generals embody naive and violent assumptions of freedom plagued with tyranny and corruption to reassure foreign masters continuing financial and military support to the Army, IMF loans, the Civil Service, and systems of political governance for their allegiance to British imperialism, now replaced by American political hegemony, US-AID, and military domination. This institutionalized betrayal and deception are nothing new to the cause of national freedom. The Europeans subjugated the masses with “divide and rule” and viewed the ‘subjects’ as unequal, less than human beings at the ballot box or standing beside the colonial masters.

The contemporary trajectory of politics spells out the unthinkable wave of chaos and mismanagement by a few generals and a corrupt judiciary shaping a dark future for the present and future-making. Pakistan is fast becoming a dead-ended entity of moral, political, and intellectual landscape. Truth-telling is maligned and persecuted by the ruling elite. The British changed the sub-continent in 90 years, but Pakistan, after 75 years, has no viable system of political governance. Its home-grown enemies and traitors like ZA Bhutto, Ms. Bhutto, General Yahya Khan, Zardari, Sharifs, and General Musharraf were more harmful than foreign enemies. These impostors are seen as scum floating on a torrent. Pakistan lives in limbo with a missing legitimate system of political governance and accountability and a system of law and justice.

Nations cease to exist when educated people of new generations who could have replaced the old and redundant guards leave the country and never return to build the nation. Young educated generations embark on migrating to Europe or America and never come back. It is an irresistible necessity of time and truth that those in power must be warned and listen to the voices of reason and political necessity for change and truth for restraint and civilized behavior.

The generals do not have a knowledge-based capacity and credibility to develop economies or moral and intellectual fabrics of the nation or thinkers or poets or philosophers; they do not prepare present and future generations of educated people for national responsibility and share no sense of law and social justice to enhance nation-building. These egotistic generals and accomplices have no sense of time and history regarding how Pakistan was created and its imperatives for nation-building and democratic principles of fair and honest political governance. It is widely believed that the generals played an active role in removing Imran Khan – an elected PM from power and installing an indicted criminal and money launderer Sharif to power. Pakistani politics, if any, has become a hollow joke in global affairs. They are working and supporting the same plan of individualistic interest to undermine the freedom of Pakistan.

When would we learn about our wrong thinking, wrong priorities, and wrong actions? This current state of Pakistani affairs reflects a complete societal breakdown and a march towards self-annihilation. Despite hollow claims of the generals, no moral and ethical behaviour is seen in the sudden and inexplicable plunge into human wickedness, highlighting the affairs of the besieged nation.

People Won the National Freedom and the Generals Destroyed It

Most dreadful tragedies have infallibly resulted in victimizing the masses. Today, the nation is crippled with catastrophic events of insecurity, mismanagement, and socioeconomic and political exploitation. The Pakistani ruling elite and the generals are not open to reason and accountability. They are engaged in systematic subversion of national freedom, security, and future-making. They cannot realize the imperatives of hopes and expectations of the new generation of educated and morally and intellectually competent people. The future belongs to the new generation of educated people, not to the naive and obsolete generals. They view “power” and “Pakistan” as their own property. The authoritarian leaders played with its destiny and future without being questioned. They are the wrong people, with wrong thinking and doing the wrong things. If there was any fair system of accountability, some of the generals and accomplice politicians could well have faced firing squads for their crimes against the nation. Are the generals waiting for another mishap of formative history? Please see “British Colonialism and How India and Pakistan Lost Freedom.” Global Research and Uncommon Thought Journal: 1/01/22. In “Pakistan Leaders or Criminals,” you will discover how Bhuttos, Zardari, Sharifs, and General Musharraf – these thugs stole billions and billions to own properties in the UK, France, and Spain. The thinking people of the new generation view them as the most corrupt, crime-riddled monsters who will never come to terms with reason and honesty to reflect on their wrongdoings. They never imagined–how the present and future generations will remember them.

Was Imran Khan a Victim of Political Vengeance?

The generals and the Sharif family wanted to dehumanize Khan and his PTI organization, and for the last two years, they have been bent on destroying his political integrity under false charges of corruption. Pakistan’s failure to hold any credibility in the law and justice system is widely observed by all concerned. Although Imran Khan spoke of moral and intellectual values and nation-building, he did very little to support that agenda. He did not kill anybody nor rob any banks and was keen to have legal accountability for the stolen wealth and killings by Sharif brothers, Bhuttos, and Zardari and others. But political governance was infested with corrupt figures of the past. Tyranny is always powerless and transitory. Often when sadistic politicians cannot solve one set of problems, they come up with other naive ideas to create more critical problems to distract the masses. Khan has been imprisoned under the false pretext of political vengeance and to pave the way for another opening for the crime-riddled Sharif family. What is the solution to the morally and intellectually sickening political culture of Pakistani politics? It is hard to imagine that General Assam Munir and his few sadistic partners, including the Sharif family, would create an environment of free and fair elections. The law and justice system have already collapsed, and Pakistan could fall into another conspiracy for its disintegration. They would hold fake elections and do their best to see the return of Sharif family corresponding to the geopolitical agenda of the inept generals. If the generals and Sharif have any sense of history, reasoning, and accountability, they should not be part of any conspiracy against the people of Pakistan. They could well face the same fate as all conspiratorial and traitorous should do – court-martial and firing squads to clean the floating scum. History will judge the impostors by their actions, not by their claims to serve the nation.

War on Gaza: What is Next after Genocide?

Evil happens when conscientious people do nothing. What is the end game of the Israeli onslaught of Gaza?

by Mahboob A. Khawaja

American complicity in Israel’s war of vengeance and collective punishment of innocent civilians in Gaza debacles the American history of giving life to knowledge, wisdom, ideals of freedom, and justice. Analyzing the compelling realities on the ground, America would undermine the way forward for its destiny as a powerful nation of reason, reliability, and stability. Time for a navigational change is ticking for Israeli continuous bombardments and killing of some 18,780 civilians, 5,800 women, and more than 7,000 children, with 50,000 injured, and some 7,000 children still buried under rubble. Complete destruction of civic infrastructure has led the WHO to label it a ‘bloodbath,’ raising concerns about what comes next after the planned genocide. The terror of war and genocide is not a finished answer to its planners, as America and Israel wanted to wipe out the Palestinians with three stated objectives: (1) to destroy Hamas, (2) free Israeli hostages, and (3) revamp Gaza under the Israeli security apparatus.

People escape after an Israeli strike at a refugee camp in central Gaza Strip, on Nov. 6, 2023. The total number of Palestinian deaths in Gaza reached 10,022 since the latest round of Hamas-Israel conflict started on Oct. 7, Gaza's health ministry said on Monday. On the Israeli side, more than 1,400 people lost their lives, the vast majority in the Hamas attack on Oct. 7, which triggered the ongoing conflict. (Photo by Yasser Qudih/Xinhua)

Denying conventional wisdom, President Biden, while doing lip service to Israel to stop the ‘indiscriminate bombing of civilians,’ has not called for a ceasefire. “The horror is of blood and shredded children. The horror is of thousands and thousands – tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands — dead bodies disintegrating in the rubble of indiscriminately IDF-bombed hospitals, apartment buildings, mosques – you name it… (Chris Hedges and Peter Koenig, “The Horror, The Horror” in Gaza. Chris Hedges. What Is the UN Good for? Global Research: 11/13/2023)

The centre of sadistic gravity and vengeance is PM Netanyahu and his war cabinet, and the dynamic syntax to command the world is the White House. The primacy of evil-mongering is well-known to global humanity. If the Arab-Muslim leaders, buyers of the largest weaponry from the West, were alive in conscience, the West would not call them “camel jockeys” but take notice of their will and power. If these leaders had the moral and intellectual capacity to hear the resounding cries of bombed children and women for help to defend them against the terror of war- according to Peter Koenig: (“The Worst Days in Gaza”, Global Research: 12/15/2023), “Every day has been the worst day; Israel outdoes itself in brutality and destruction every day; so, every day is the worst day… The day that Israel dropped six 1-ton bombs on the Jabalia refugee camp was the worst day.” There is an endless chain of “Worst Days of Gaza” illustrated by pictures and video clips – worse than what the world has witnessed in at least the last seven decades, maybe in the last 300 years.

Is Israel at war with itself? The Israeli masses question the competence and effectiveness of PM Netanyahu and demand an immediate ceasefire and a negotiated freedom for the 128 hostages from Gaza. Chris Hedges (The Chris Hedges Report: 12/17/2023) “The Death of Israel” spells out the reality: Israel was at war with itself before Oct. 7. Israelis were protesting to prevent Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s abolition of judicial independence. Its religious bigots and fanatics, currently in power… Israel will appear triumphant after it finishes its genocidal campaign in Gaza and the West Bank. Backed by the United States, it will achieve its demented goal. Its murderous rampages and genocidal violence will exterminate or ethnically cleanse Palestinians. Its dream of a state exclusively for Jews, with any Palestinians who remain stripped of basic rights, will be realized. It will revel in its blood-soaked victory. It will celebrate its war criminals. Its genocide will be erased from public consciousness and tossed into Israel’s huge black hole of historical amnesia. Those with a conscience in Israel will be silenced and persecuted…

The continuing Israeli bombing madness is undeterred by the US President’s wishful thinking as the Earth is bombed day and night even on Hanukkah. The Earth is a living entity for human life and is not meant to be bombed and destroyed. “Fear God” and ‘do not violate the covenants of peace and trust on earth.’ The Divine warning (Chapter 7: 56: The Quran) is self-explanatory: Do no mischief on the Earth after it hath been set in order, but call on God with fear and longing in hearts; For the Mercy of God is always near to those who do good.

They Commit Crimes against Humanity and Claim Innocence and Immunity

If President Biden had a sense of global security and peace, he would not have questioned the opportunity at a critical moment but preferred political expediency and rushed to supply weapons of mass destruction to Israel. The UNO, the Security Council, the Geneva Conventions, and Humanitarian International Law are all dysfunctional while Palestinians are being massacred under a false pretext of terrorism, as Pope Francis clarified in his Sunday sermon. Israel is using starvation as a weapon of genocide.

The imagination of a 21st-century civilized world is already in ruins. The Israel War cabinet is seen at the epicentre of global governance, bypassing even the US administration. So, conscientious people around the globe would ask – what is next after the book-based Genocide? Media reports of some 1.9 million civilians forcibly expelled by Israeli onslaught on Gaza. The WHO -Geneva offers another glimpse of insanity and genocide in the making: Al-Shifa main hospital bombed twice, and 290 medical doctors and staff of Al-Shifa hospital detained at gunpoint by Israeli forces; 20 wounded and helpless patients bulldozed and killed by the Israeli army today at the Kamal Adwan hospital’s compound; Al-Nasser hospital Maternity Ward-Jabalia Refugee camp was hit by Israel and children killed; last week 40 women and children cold-blooded murdered at the UNRWA school shelter. Mr. President and Mr. Blinken: is there any Humanitarian International Law applicable to the atrocities committed by Israel? Or would you say that “Israel has the right to defend itself”? Secretary Blinken promised at the NATO meeting (Japan) that Israel would not be allowed to expel civilians from Gaza and would have no role in its future security. How come 1.9 million civilians are already forcibly evicted to the Rafah Crossing site? And Netanyahu claims the security of Gaza under his rule. Are you both victims of moral and intellectual integrity? Do both of you have a living human conscience to differentiate between right and wrong? Between evil and truth? And between humanity and insanity?

Would Obliterating Gaza Open up New Economic Ventures to Israel and America?

Evil happens when conscientious people do nothing. What is the end game of the Israeli onslaught of Gaza? There is a fearsome and ferocious flow of dubious statements originating from Western politicians to ‘wipe out the alleged extremists from Gaza’ and finish the debacle of “terrorism” from Gaza. PM Netanyahu committed to flattening the enclave to reimpose Israel’s occupation. The unchallengeable truth coming out of Gaza speaks of the daily planned bloodbath of the civilian population and the forced displacement of 1.9 million to make Gaza another occupied entity of Israel, facilitating a futuristic exploration of gas and oil in the Mediterranean region favouring Israel and US interests. Is Israel attacking Gaza for oil and gas? There are reportedly huge gas and oil fields in Gaza and the West Bank, reports Muhdan Saglam “How much oil and gas does Palestine have?” Information Clearing House: Media reports disclose Israeli strategic plans to change the geography by creating another canal from the Gulf Of Aqaba to undo the Suez Canal, impacting Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan’s accessibility to the Red Sea.

Israeli war machines had no obligation to spare the 1,700-year-old Church and the oldest Omar Mosque of Gaza, and even killed worshippers at the Holy Family Catholic Church, and PM Netanyahu would claim that ‘Israel has a moral army.’ It is a humanitarian crisis in the making that mankind has never witnessed except the Two WW. At the edge of reason, the notion of evil leads to the realization of evil, and the tyranny of war and genocide must be stopped. Chris Hedges (The Chris Hedges Report: 12/17/2023) “The Death of Israel – Settler colonial states have a terminal shelf life. Israel is no exception” puts the paradigm in one nutshell:

As the retired Israeli Major General Giora Eiland wrote: “Gaza will become a place where no human being can exist”. Major General Ghassan Alian declared that in Gaza, “there will be no electricity and no water; there will only be destruction. You wanted hell; you will get hell.”

The Biden presidency, which ironically may have signed its own political death certificate, is tethered to Israel’s genocide. It will try to distance itself rhetorically, but at the same time, it will funnel the billions of dollars of weapons demanded by Israel — including $14.3 billion in supplemental military aid to augment the $3.8 billion in annual aid — to “finish the job.” It is a full partner in Israel’s genocide project.
